The Efficacy And Safety Of Aitping In The Treatment Of Upper Gastrointestinal Ulcer With Hemorrhage

Objective: peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage(PUB)is regarded as the main factor of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and is also one of the most common severe diseases in the clinical digestive department.The aim of this study is to observe the efficacy and safety of AI Su Ping(esomeprazole sodium)in the treatment of peptic ulcer with bleeding,and provide an objective basis for the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with bleeding.Methods: Based on randomized controlled experiments,dynamic observation of domestic omeprazole with ACE(Ai Suping)tract ulcer with hemorrhage patients and domestic pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal through comparison of treatment group two,observation of the effect of patients with bleeding and then discuss the domestic Esther omeprazole(Ai Suping)safe and effective of.Results: in the case of bleeding volume < 800 ml,there was no significant difference in the bleeding volume between the two groups.In the case of 800ml-1600 ml,there was no significant difference in the bleeding volume between the two groups.In the case of bleeding volume > 1600 ml,there was no significant difference in the bleeding volume between the two groups.In the comparison of the average hemostatic time,the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.In the comparison of the shock distribution after the treatment of 24 h,the experimental group was obviously better than the control group.In the comparison of the average red blood cell count after treatment,the difference between the two groups was not obvious.Before treatment,the two groups were compared the average value of hemoglobin and diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure index on the change of clinical symptoms,no significant difference;the average hemoglobin value of the experimental group,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and clinical symptoms index changes were significantly better than the control group,the difference is obvious.The effective rate of the control group was 96% and the control group was 76%.The effective rate of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group,the difference was obvious.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the pH value between the two groups in the fasting gastric juice.After treatment,the fasting gastric juice pH value of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The control group in the treatment of headache in 5 cases,3 cases of 3 cases of dry mouth,constipation,gastrointestinal discomfort in 3 cases of adverse reactions,the total incidence rate was 15%(15/100);in the experimental group in the treatment of 1 cases of headache and gastrointestinal discomfort in 1 cases,the adverse reaction incidence rate was 2%(2/100);incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion(s): the domestic omeprazole(Ai Suping)can effectively control upper gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding,effectively improve the gastric pH value,optimize the average hemoglobin value,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and other clinical symptoms.The domestic omeprazole(Ai Suping)has less adverse reactions and high safety in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by ulcers,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
