The Clinical Research Of Shentongzhuyu Decoction Combined With Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation For Treating Discogenic Low Back Pain

Objective:To compare the different clinical efficacy of Shentongzhuyu Decoction combined with Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation,as well as simple Shentongzhuyu Decoction and simple Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation for treating Discogenic Low Back Pain,and to explore the effectiveness and mechanism of the combined treatment,thus providing a safe and feasible treatment for Discogenic Low Back Pain clinically.Methods:60 DLBP patients from the First Affiliated Hospital to Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine University diagnosed with blood stasis syndrome by Chinese differentiation clinically were chosen to be randomly divided into operation combined with Chinese medicine group(A group),operation group(B group)and Chinese medicine group(C group)from December 2016 to October 2017.20 patients in each group and there was no significant difference in sex,age and duration of disease in it.The patients' symptoms,signs and the degree of pain were observed and recorded.All the patients were followed up effectively,and the follow-up time was 1 months.We evaluated the clinical efficacy by JOA score,visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI)and modified Mac Nab standard,and analyzed the collected results statistically.Results:(1)The three groups of patients were followed up effectively and were not exfoliated during the follow-up period.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the three groups of JOA scores,VAS scores and ODI scores(P>0.05),indicating the comparability between the three groups.(2)After 1day and 2 weeks of the treatment,the JOA score of group A and B was significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05);After 1 months of the treatment,the JOA score of group A was the highest,and there was significant difference between group B and C(Group A was compared with group B and group C respectively,P<0.05).(3)After 1day and 2 weeks of the treatment,the VAS score and ODI score of group A and B were lower than those of C group(P<0.05);After 1 months of the treatment,the VAS score and ODI score of group A were higher than that of group B and C,but there was no statistical difference compared with group B(P>0.05),compared with the VAS score and the ODI score of group C,group A and group B of that were significant difference(group A and group B were compared with group C respectively,P<0.05).(4)The results of the improved Mac Nab evaluation between the three groups were different.The evaluation results of group A were the highest,obviously higher than that of the two groups of B and C.Conclusion: All three treatments for Discogenic Low Back Pain are effective.Radiofrequency thermocoagulation is more rapid and effective in improving patients' pain,and is better in improving the patient's daily life ability.shentongzhuyu Decoction combined with Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation for the treatment of discogenic low back pain achieved better effect and can reduce the radiofrequency thermocoagulation of postoperative complications with efficacy,safety,simple operation,lower cost advantages,which is an ideal method for the treatment of discogenic low back pain and is worthy of promotion and application clinically.
