| ?Objective? To analyze the clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory biochemical indicators,by collecting medical records of dengue fever hospitalized patients from 2013 to 2016,revealing the clinical characteristics of dengue fever in Ruili City of Yunnan province, improving local medical staff abilities on early diagnosis and treatment of dengue fever and reducing the risk of severe dengue fever,as well as providing evidences for local Dengue fever effective diagnosis and treatment program.?Methods? Using the case history management system of the People's Hospital of Ruili City,the patients hospitalized and diagnosed as dengue fever were selected as the study objects from 2013 to 2016,and collected the case-related information,including basic cases information(such as gender,age,nationality,ethnicity,occ upation,onset time and the others.),information on their major clinical symptoms(for example fever,headache,dizziness,eyelid pain,generalized muscle and joint pain,fatigue,nausea,and vomiting etc),information about major signs(such as rashes,and hepatomegaly),and data on major biochemical indicators(such as white blood cells,Platelets,transaminases,myocardial enzymes,and coagul ation functions,etc.).Above datum were analyzed by using Microsoft Excel(2007)software and SPSS 22.0 software.?Results?(1)A total of 1,005 cases of dengue fever were collected,of those including 687 male cases(68.36%)and 318 female cases(31.64%),the ration of gender 2.16:1;their average ages were 33.75±17.14 years old,Of those the smallest patient was 3 months old and the maximum was 86 years old;there were 35 cases(3.48%)in the child group of 3 months old to 6 years old,134 cases(13.33%)in the juvenile group of 7 years old to 17 years old,495 cases(49.25%)in the young and middle-aged group of 18 years old to 40 years old,293 cases(29.15%)were in the middle age group of 41 years old-65 years old and 48 cases(4.78%)were belonged to the elderly group of 65 years old-86 years old,of those groups the highest incidence of case was young and middle-aged group(495 cases,49.25%);the peak-moths in whole year were from September to October(total of 756 cases,75.22%).Above all of cases,the first time were 2.58±1.62 days as their clinic symptoms occurencing,and their average course were 7.25±2.18 days in those 923 cases(91.84%)were more than 5 days;327 cases were co-infected with 22 basic diseases,of those the highest co-infected diseases were 224 hypertension cases(22.29%)and 91 type-II diabetes cases(9.05%).(2)The main clinical symptoms were fever(1005 cases,100.00%),fatigue(854 cases,84.98%),headache(844 cases,83.98%),muscle soreness(759 cases,75.52%),chills(772 cases,71.84%),anorexia(653cases,64.98%),dizziness(462cases,45.97%),eyelid pain(276 cases,27.46%)and diarrhea/nausea/bellyache(132 cases,13.13%),(3)Major sign was rash(467cases,46.37%).(4)The main biochemical indicators were 775 immunethrombocytopenia cases(77.11%),752 leucopenia cases(74.83%),787 cases(78.31%)of Aspartate aminotransferase rise,698 cases(69.45%)of Alanineaminotransferase rise,657 cases(65.37%)of Creatine phosphate kinase rise,564 cases(56.12%)of Lactate dehydrogenase rise,201 cases(20%)of Serum potassium low,176 cases(17.41%)Of Serum calcium low.Additionally,for White Blood Cell,it was significantly declined in the second day for the young and middle group,middle group and eldergroup;the Platelet was only significantly declined in the second day for the elder group;for Alanineaminotransferase and Aspartate aminotransferase,all 5 groups were signifificantly rised from 1 day to 7 days,but for Pancreatic acyltransferase,it was singnificantly rised in the second day for young and middle group and middle group,and Creatine phosphate kinase were significantly rised at the third day for child group and elder group.?Conclusion? The month peaks of Dengue fever cases reported were between Sep.to Oct in Ruili,Yunnan province from 2013 to 2016,and dengue cases were main on male,business occupation and young and middle group;main clinic symptoms were fever,fatigue,headache,muscle and joint pain,chill and anorexia;the sign was main at the rash;biochemical indicators were main on immunethromboc ytopenia,leucopenia,Aspartate aminotransferase rise,Alanineaminotransferase rise,Pancreatic acyltransferase rise,Creatine phosphate kinase rise and Lactate dehy drogenase rise.The results also hinted that the clinical symptoms,signs and biochemical indicators were difference among 5 groups,so local medical staffs should be paid high attention in order to timly reduce the risk of severe dengue fever. |
