| Kidney injury is nowadays the medical field are not completely conquer a disease,acute renal failure model is mainly introduced in this paper,and homemade peritoneal dialysate of dialysis effect in different periods of acute kidney injury clinical application research.The establishment principle of the acute renal failure case model is the high concentration of gentamicin sulfate and its damage to the kidney mainly affects the function of the renal tubule and destroys the structure of the renal tubule,causing acute renal failure.Traditional dialysis fluid is suitable for the treatment of renal injury at all stages,but it is not well targeted.For this purpose,this paper mainly studies the dialysate with different concentrations of different concentrations in the anterior,middle and late stages of renal injury,in order to achieve better therapeutic effect.The experimental results showed that the concentration ratio was 15g of glucose,0.5g of sodium chloride,0.15g of calcium chloride,0.025g of magnesium chloride and 0.5g of sodium lactate,and 5.5-7.0 of sodium lactate in each 1000 ml dialysis solution.When a dog is in the middle of acute renal injury per one thousand ml of dialysate glucose in the 15 g and 6.0 g of sodium chloride,calcium chloride,magnesium chloride 0.025 g,0.15 g,potassium chloride 5.0 g,0.3 g and sodium lactate 0.2 g amoxicillin(specific clinical cases according to the actual weight calculation of measurement),pH4.5-7.0;When the sick dog was in the late stage of acute kidney injury,glucose 15g,sodium chloride,0.3g,0.025g of calcium chloride,0.3g of magnesium chloride,0.5g of sodium chloride,0.5g of potassium chloride,0.5g of sodium chloride,and ph 4.5-7.0 were more effective.According to the specific pathological changes of clinical cases in different periods,the dialysis fluid with different components has a better clinical effect. |
