The Effect Ulinastatin On Serum IL-6,CRP And NGAL Levels In Patients Undergoing Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective:To explore the effects of ulinastatin on serum IL-6,CRP and NGAL levels in patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Method:Selection of ASA grade I-II underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy patients 50 cases,randomly divided into two groups:Group A(n=25)was Ulinastatin group(intravenous infusion of ulinastatin 100 thousand U+before anesthesia,100ml of saline U+).;groupB(n=25)for the control group,(30min was intravenously injected with saline 100ml before anesthesia).The anesthetic methods were combined with intravenous and inhalation combined with laryngeal mask ventilation for general anesthesia.The parameters were tidal volume 6-8ml/kg,respiratory frequency 10-14/min,and end expiratory carbon dioxide partial pressure(PetC02)maintained between 35-45mmHg.Two groups of patients were observed and recorded before anesthesia induction,immediate insertion of laryngeal mask,operation 10min,operation 30min and MAP and HR when laryngeal mask was removed at the end of operation and Analysis of arterial blood and blood gas during operation 30min.The Venous blood was collected before operation(T0),at the end of operation(T1),and first days after operation(T2),The values of serum interleukin 6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP)and neutrophil gelatinase related apolipoprotein(NGAL)were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA.Result:1.There was no significant difference in the level of IL-6 between the two groups at T0.Compared with T0,there was no significant increase in the level of IL-6 in the two groups at Ti(P>0.05),while the IL-6 level in the two groups increased significantly at T2,and the increase was more significant in the group B than in the group A(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the level of CRP between the two groups at T0.Compared with T0,there was no significant increase in the level of CRP in the two groups at Ti(P>0.05),while the CRP level in the two groups increased significantly at T2,and the increase was more significant in the group B than in the group A(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the level of NGAL between the two groups at T0.Compared with To,the levels of NGAL in the two groups were significantly increased at T1 and T2,and at the same time point,the increase of group B was more obvious than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative Ulinastatin alleviated the increase of serum IL-6,CRP and NGAL levels in patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.
