With the development of the times,coronary atherosclerosis has become one of the most harmful human vascular diseases with highest morbidity due to the obesity or long-term bad lifestyle.The cardiovascular interventional operation has been widely used in the treatment of coronary heart disease because of the minimal invasion and quick operation.With the traditional interventional operation training method,the process has been plagued by the limitations of long training cycle,shortage of cases and poor training effect,While,the proposal of virtual surgery provided the advanced solution for the above problems.Based on the key operation of cardiac interventional surgery and the theory of virtual reality,this project proposes a virtual training system for cardiac interventional surgery,for which the key results were explained.With the system,the doctor can observe the relative position of the lesion and the guidewire in the virtual scene and adjust the motion of the guidewire to reach the lesion location successfully.The doctor was trained in virtual environment to finish the important processes before the real surgeon by means of the operations with the multiple vascular cases provided by the virtual training system.First of all,the motion information of the guidewire is obtained by using infrared tracking and positioning system,and the three-dimensional coordinates of the mark points are obtained through software and hardware system,system calibration,coordinate extraction,mark points matching and 3D coordinate reconstruction.Then,with Visual C++ as the development tools,Open CASCADE is chosen as the modeling kernel,and the path model of the virtual guidewire is obtained according to the stereoscopic coordinates of each mark points in the virtual system,and develop the posture adjustment module,the transparency adjustment module,the motion control of virtual guidewire module which makes virtual guidewire can do the synchronization simulation of the guidewire.Then,based on the vascular model of the STL file information,several group reference points were selected in the vascular model and the center point of each group was calculated,and the ideal path of a virtual guide was obtained by the curve fitting of all the center points.Through calculate the minimum distance and the two-way hausdorff distance between the two curves to make a quantitative evaluation and analysis of the next surgical training process.
