| Objective1.To translate the English version of the readiness for return-to-work scale(RRTW)into Chinese and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of RRTW in breast cancer patients.2.Explore the status of readiness for return-to-work of breast cancer patients.3.To explore the causes of successful behavioral changes in breast cancer patients who have returned to work from rehabilitation to return to work.Methods1.350 breast cancer patients in a hospital and 340 breast cancer patients in three hospitals were recruited using the general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the readiness for return-to-work,And analyzed the reliability and validity of the scale.SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 softwares were used to analyze the data.Item-total score Pearson correlation analysis was used to test homogeneity of the Chinese version scale.Critical ratio was used to analyze the difference between items.Content validity and construct validity(exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis)were used to verify the validity of the scale.Cronbach's a coefficient and retest reliability were used to test the reliability of the scale.?=0.052.This study is a descriptive study using a random cluster sampling method.A survey of 520 breast cancer patients was conducted using the general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the readiness for return-to-work scale.SPSS 21.0 software was used for data analysis.Normal measurement data were described by mean±standard deviation,count data were described by frequency and percentage,data were analyzed by t test or one-way ANOVA,and regression analysis was performed by multiple linear regression.?=0.05.3.Fourteen breast cancer patients who have return to work participated in the semi-structure interview.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi's phenomenological analytic procedure.Results1.Item analysis indicated that each item-total score correlation coefficient is above 0.5,the critical ratio of each item showed statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The content validity index(CVI)was 0.97.Exploratory factor analysis(EFA)indicated that the first part of the Chinese version of RRTW consisted of 4 factors which explained of 74.23% of total variance,the second part of the Chinese version of RRTW consisted of 2 factors which explained of 59.58% of total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis(CVI)indicated the indicators of structural equation model fitted well,and the standardized regression coefficients ranged from 0.61 to 0.83.The Cronbach's a of each dimension ranged from 0.75~0.84,the retest reliability of each dimension ranged from 0.80~0.83.2.Each dimension score of the readiness for return-to-work in Individuals who did not return to work with breast cancer: 2.98±1.06,3.05±1.16,2.07±0.84,and 2.78±1.04.Each dimension score of the readiness for return-to-work in individuals who had returned to work with breast cancer: 3.04± 0.87,3.99±0.83;The distribution of the number of breast cancer people who have not return to work is: the pre-contemplation phase 140,the contemplation phase 101,the prepared for action-self evaluative 10,and the prepared for action-behavioral 36,The distribution of the number of breast cancer people who have returned to work is: Uncertain maintenance period 53,proactive maintenance 162.Age,marital status,education level,and treatment modalities together account for 52.60% of the regression equation for the patient's pre-contemplation stage of readiness for return-to-work.3.The successful experience of breast cancer patients who have returned to work is extracted into 5 themes: overcoming negative emotions,rebuilding confidence,mentality and goals,comprehensive social support,Balance between body and work.Conclusion1.The Chinese version of RRTW Scale has good reliability and validity and can be used to measure the readiness for return-to-work of breast cancer patients.2.People who have not returned to work with breast cancer have lower levels of the readiness for return-to-work.Those who have returned to work with breast cancer can actively maintain their work status after returning to work.Age,marital status,education,and treatment are the factors that affect the patient's readiness for return to work.3.Breast cancer patients need to have internal strength and external conditions to return to work.Different types of patients need different help and support.Nurses should provide professional support according to the needs of different patients in order to promote the continuity of breast cancer rehabilitation care. |
