| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of B-ultrasound guided puncture combined with two to pill in the treatment of maladjusted cystic hyperplasia of mammary gland.Methods: 120 patients with breast cystic hyperplasia(Chong and ren)were selected and randomly divided into treatment group,control group A group and control group B,40 cases in each group.The treatment group: using B ultrasound guided puncture cyst combined with traditional Chinese medicine to two Nong Benfang pill;A control group: the use of Chinese medicine to two Nong Benfang pill;control group B: using B ultrasound guided puncture treatment of cyst.The patients in the treatment group and the control group B were treated with cysts,while the treatment group and the control group A were treated with traditional Chinese medicine for 3 menstrual cycles and the menstrual period was suspended.Before treatment and 3 months after treatment,3 groups of patients were scored respectively,and the conclusion was drawn by comparing the improvement of the symptoms,signs,TCM syndromes and the total score.After 6 months of treatment,the score was examined,and the recurrence rate was statistically analyzed.Results: 1.the index of total curative effect: treatment group total effectiveness 94.6%,13 cases were cured(35.1%),18 cases(48.7%),effective in 4 cases(10.8%),invalid in 2 cases(5.4%);the control group A total efficiency of 80%,7 cases were cured(20%),12 cases(34.3%).Effective in 9 cases(25.7%),invalid in 7 cases(20%);the control group B total efficiency of 55.5%,5 cases were cured(13.9%),effective in 15 cases(41.7%),invalid in 16 cases(44.4%).2.All points before and after treatment: the treatment group and the control group A can improve the patient’s breast pain,discharge,cyst size,quantity and TCM syndrome in different degree after treatment.Compared with before treatment,the difference has statistical significance;in the breast pain,nipple discharge and the improvement of TCM syndrome,the treatment group and the control group A group.After treatment,the curative effect was comparable(P>0.05),but it was obviously better than that of control group B(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05)in alleviating breast pain(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference between before and after the treatment of nipple discharge and improvement of TCM syndrome(P>0.05),but the size and quantity of cysts were improved.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group B were better than those of the control group A(P<0.05),while the treatment group was better than the control group B(P<0.05).3.comparison of recurrence rate: 37 cases in the treatment group,3 cases recurred,accounting for 8.1%,35 cases in the control group A,7 cases,20%,36 cases in the control group,9 cases,accounting for 25%.4.safety index: no adverse reaction occurred during the study.There was no significant change in monitoring blood routine and liver and kidney function before and after treatment.Conclusion: ultrasound guided puncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine to two Nong Benfang Pill on the treatment of Chongren imbalance cystic hyperplasia of breast disease,curative effect,low recurrence rate,high safety,worthy of promotion. |
