Bushen Gubiao Decoction Combined Huangqin KechuanFutie Powder In The Treatment Of Pediatric Cough Clinical Observation Of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

Children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(recurrent respiratory tract infections RRTI)is a common clinical disease in children,which is characterized by recurrent and delayed healing.If the treatment is not complete,easy to cause serious impact on children's growth and development,increase of adult chronic respiratory disease.The possibility of this research through the data changes of 1 years of clinical syndrome the saliva and immunoglobulin before and after treatment in children with clinical data RRTI,cough plaster powder and observation of baicalin Bushen Gubiao decoction combined treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection clinical efficacy.Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Gubiao Decoction of Scutellaria Kechuan plaster powder clinical curative effect of combined internal and external treatment in treating children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods: Clinical collected from Shanghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection in 150 cases,with the clinical syndrome information,and will be numbered according to the number of children were randomly divided into three groups.Among them,internal and external treatment group of 50 cases,treated with Bushen Gubiao Decoction of Scutellaria Kechuan plaster powder combined internal and external treatment;treatment group 50 cases,to Bushen Gubiao Decoction oral treatment;50 cases of treatment group,treated with baicalin Kechuan plaster powder in the treatment of treatment.After 1 years of follow-up,collect relevant data of syndromes,symptoms before and after treatment were compared,according to the symptom scores calculated from three groups respectively cured,markedly effective,effective,ineffective.At the same time according to the number of children salivary immunoglobulin secretion and improving understanding of three groups of children with immune function.Results: Internal and external treatment group 2 cases,effective 21 cases,effective in 24 cases,3 cases were cured,the total efficiency of 99.6%,4 cases in treatment group is invalid,effective 29 cases,effective in 16 cases,1 cases were cured,the total effective rate of 92%.treatment group 12 cases,effective 29 cases,effective in 9 cases,cured 0 cases,the total efficiency of 76%.after treatment and external treatment group,cure group and treatment group total effective rate was 99.6%,92%,78%;the apparent rates were 54%,30%,22 18%. compared three groups of curative effect,internal and external treatment group and treatment group effective rate had no significant difference(x2=0.177,P>0.017).But the internal and external treatment group and treatment group within and above probability differences(x2=5.91,P<0.017).The internal and external treatment group had higher efficiency than external treatment group(x2=6.29,P<0.017).Conclusion: the three groups were effective,internal and external treatment group than in the improvement of clinical symptoms and salivary immunoglobulin on treatment group and there was statistical significance,internal and external treatment group in the improvement of clinical symptoms is better than cure group and the difference was statistically significant.
