Longjiang School Medicine is a traditional medical school rising in the northern part of the motherland in recent years.After many years of data collection,collation and analysis,Longjiang doctors summed up the thought of treating miscellaneous diseases by differentiation of qi and blood with external causes of cold and dryness,internal injuries and phlegm heat.Among them,the thought of phlegm-heat of internal injury is closely related to the unique geographical and climatic characteristics and living habits of Longjiang area.With the improvement of living standards,the number of phlegm-heat miscellaneous diseases in Longjiang area is increasing day by day,which urgently needs theoretical research to guide clinical practice.Therefore,from the phlegm-heat factor to explore the experience of Longjiang physicians in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases of internal injuries,which can provide a very valuable reference for the traditional medicine of Longjiang area in the diagnosis and treatment of phlegm-heat syndrome.Mainly uses the literature research,the analysis comparison,the induction summary and so on method,through three parts carries on the discussion.The first part is to study the important exposition of phlegm and heat from ancient times to the present,which has been recorded in medicine.The pathogenic mechanism of phlegm-heat was summarized as follows:phlegm-heat blocking qi machine,phlegm-heat consuming body fluid,phlegm-heat blocking viscera,phlegm-heat stasis blocking blood vessels,phlegm-heat disturbing heart and mind,phlegm-heat supernatant,phlegm-heat generating wind obstructing collaterals,phlegm-heat stagnation and toxin.The second part,according to the concept of "three factors" of traditional Chinese medicine,analyzes the geographical climate,living habits and other general environment in Longjiang area.Summed up the external typhoid dryness,internal injury phlegm-heat,combined pathogenic and phlegm-heat depression for a long time,phlegm-stasis disease phlegm-heat pathogenic characteristics.The third part is based on the medical records,manuscripts and works of Longjiang physicians such as Gao Zhongshan,Ma Ji,Zhang Qi,Wu Weikang,Wang Deguang and so on.This paper analyzes the recognition of phlegm and heat and the principles of differentiation and treatment of phlegm and heat,such as seeking root causes,distinguishing deficiency and excess,re-regulating qi mechanism,and maintaining constant use of drugs by doctors in Longjiang.This paper summarizes the methods of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm,clearing away heat and resolving phlegm and stomach,clearing away heat and resolving phlegm and opening stagnation,clearing away heat and resolving phlegm and calming liver,clearing away heat and resolving phlegm and dispersing phlegm,which are the main methods of clearing heat and resolving phlegm,clearing away heat and resolving phlegm,And throughout the treatment process,such as nourishing qi and yin therapy,and active use of ancient prescriptions,good use of the idea of the use of fierce medicine.Through the deep research on the treatment of phlegm-heat diseases by Longjiang doctors,it can provide theoretical reference for the enrichment of academic thought of Longjiang School of Medicine and the clinical practice in Longjiang area.
