Objective: To explore the clinical value of the electronic colonoscopy in the elderly patients with the urine colonoscopy through the analysis of the related factors, such as the detection rate and clinical characteristics of the malignant tumor after the electronic colonoscopy. Methods: in 5 years from July 2012 to July 2017,260 cases of middle-aged and elderly patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College were admitted to the hospital. The detection rate of malignant tumor, the location of malignant tumor, the histological type of pathological examination, the sex and age were recorded in 3.A statistical analysis was made at the age group. Results: 1.the detection rate of malignancy: among 260 patients,183 patients had malignant tumors, with a total detection rate of 70.38%(183/260).2.the prevalence of malignant tumors was found in the age distribution: 83.70%(77/92)was found in patients aged over 75 years of age,and 69.15%(65/94)was found in patients with 60-74 years of age,and 55.41%(41/74)was found in patients with 45-59 years of age. There was a significant increase in the detection rate of malignant tumor(2.016 times)in one age group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.malignant tumors were detected in the sex distribution: 76 cases were detected in female patients, the detection rate was 29.23%,and 107 cases were detected in male patients, the detection rate was 41.15%,male > female, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.malignant tumor detection site: among the 183 cases of malignant tumors,112 cases were found in the rectum, accounting for 61.20%,of which 38 cases were in the sigmoid colon, accounting for 20.77%,33 in other sites,18.03%,and there was a significant increase in the rectum(P < 0.05).5.the histological type of malignant tumor: the pathological examination results, with the increase of age,the degree of tumor differentiation also increased, and the histological type of tumor was different(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the total detection rate of malignant tumor is 70.38% in middle and old age blood patients by electron colonoscopy, and the age distribution increases with the age.The detection rate of malignant tumor is related to sex, male is more than female;the good location of malignant tumor is more common in the rectum, the second of the colon, and the histology of the tumor. The change of type of cancer cells is better with age.
