Objective:To explore therapeutic effect of Sodium tanshinone ?A sulfonate(STS)on Hyperlipidemic Acute Pancreatitis(HLAP)patients and its influence on blood lipid levels and sCRP;Methods:By collecting clinical case-control study method to analysis the curative effect of STS in the HLAP.Fifty-two patients with HLAP who meet the criteria were in the present study from the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical Universty,Twenty-three of these 46 patients were treated STS,theothers were no use,Control group given conventional treatment of acute pancreatitis(starvation treatment?gastrointestinal decompression?monitoring?fluid resuscitation ? no fat nutrition support ? inhibit the secretion of pancreatic enzymes and pancreatic enzyme activity?anti-infection?preven prevent and treat intestinal failure?symptomaticTreatment),We measured the changes of blood biochemical indexes after intervention(7days),including triglyceride?sCRP.The date were Spss22.0 statistic software foranalysis.Measurement date, expressed as mean ± standard,The two groups before and after treatment compared with independent sample t-test,the same group were compared with the single factor analysis of variance.Inspection level a=0.05,P>0.05 difference not statistically significant(P<0.05)difference was statistically significant. Results:STS treatment significantly decreased the levels of sCRP,TG in patients with HLAP,as compared with the control group, and the decline was greater in STS group. The difference has statistically significant. Conclusion:STS can declines inflammation index in patients with HLAP,and have certain curative effect of blood lipid.
