| Objective:to observe the traditional Chinese medicine experience side damien drink flavored joint ball 2 injections of licensed resistance in patients with macular edema of the intervention effect of visual acuity and fundus macular area,study traditional Chinese medicine internal and joint ball injection of clinical curative effect and mechanism of action of macular edema.Methods:a total of 40 patients with macular edema(72 eyes)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 20 patients' in the treatment group and 20 patients in the control group.In the treatment group,the oral traditional Chinese medicine decoction daming Yin no.2 plus flavor combined with intrapullary injection of thunderball monoclonal antibody 1 time;in the control group,intrapullary injection of tripterygium monoclonal antibody 1 time.The visual acuity and central subarea thickness of the two groups were observed before and after treatment for 10d,lm,2m and 2m respectively,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results:1.The gender of patients in the two groups passed the chi-square test,which showed that the gender of patients in the two groups was 0.902,P=0.342>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant,and the gender of patients in the two groups was comparable.The age of patients in the two groups passed independent sample t test,t =-0.63 8,P=0.543>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the ages of patients in the two groups were comparable.2.Two groups of patients after treatment,by nonparametric test conclusion:the treatment group patients after the treatment after 10 d,1 m and 2 m,the BCVA(vision)value was improved obviously,the differences are obvious statistical significance(P<0.05).After 10d treatment,the BCVA of the control group was significantly higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After lm treatment,the BCVA value was slightly higher than before treatment,and the difference was still statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment 2m,the BCVA value did not change significantly compared with that before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The changes of BCVA before and after treatment at 10d,lm and 2m were statistically significant(P<0.05).The change of BCVA value between 10d after treatment and 1m after treatment was not statistically significant.The changes of BCVA values of patients in the treatment group after 10d-2m treatment and 2m after lm treatment were statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in BCVA between the two groups before and after treatment at 10d(P>0.05).The changes of BCVA values at 1m and 2m after treatment between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the vision of the patients in the treatment group showed a steady increase after the treatment with Chinese medicine combined with anti-vegf,and the curative effect was lasting.However,the visual acuity of patients in the control group was improved significantly after the treatment of macular edema for 10d with simple anti-vegf.With the extension of the treatment cycle,the vision began to show a different degree of decline.3.The two groups of patients after treatment,through paired sample T test in the group:the treatment group patients after the treatment after 10d,1 m and 2m,the CMT(macular center concave retinal thickness)value was significantly decreased,the after statistics analysis before and after the treatment are obvious statistical significance(P<0.05).After 10d treatment,the CMT value of the control group was significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1m treatment,the CMT value decreased slightly compared with that before treatment,and the difference was still statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment of 2m,the CMT value did not change significantly compared with that before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The CMT difference between the two groups at 10d,1m and 2m after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the two groups of patients had the most significant curative effect after 10d treatment.With the extension of treatment cycle,the therapeutic effect duration of patients in the treatment group was more lasting and could maintain about 2m.However,after treatment to lm,the curative effect of patients in the control group began to decline,and the change before and after treatment was not significant or even aggravated.After treatment,the independent sample T test between the two groups showed that the CMT value changes of the two groups were statistically analyzed at 10d before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CMT values of 1m and 2m after treatment between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).This indicates that the effect of anti-vegf and Chinese medicine combined with anti-vegf in the treatment of macular edema for 10d is the most obvious,but there is no significant difference.After treatment of 1m and 2m,patients in the treatment group had significant curative effect compared with those in the control group and were sustainable about 2m.Conclusion:the treatment of macular edema with no.2 darning decoction combined with intrapullary injection of minzhu monoclonal injection is better than that with intrapullary injection of minzhu monoclonal injection.It can improve the vision of the patient and reduce the thickness of the retina in the central fovea of the macular area. |
