Baseing On Yinfu And Xuanfu Thoery To Investigate The Idea And Methods Of Organizing Traditional Chinese Medicine

PurposeIn the paper,in order to solve combination and administration of Chinese medicinal in some theoretical problems of spleen system,introducing the YinFu and XuanFu theory.Fistly,It is easy to find the development and evolution of its.On the basis of previous study,I find some problem about the nature and characters of physiology and pathology of XuanFu.Then,I speculate and study these problems and give some new personal opinions.Secondly,for the sake of studying some illness,the author has established YinFu theory and studied its characters of physiology and classified principles.Lastly,the author has combined the YinFu and XuanFu theory to form a new analytical and therapeutic method,in this paper.In this process,the author has summarized five form of the closed or opened of XuanFu.On the basis of the YinFu and XuanFu theory,the author has summarized combination and administration of Chinese medicinal,and analysed famous doctors medical history to prove the reasonability of combination and administration of Chinese medicinal.In the way,the sudy can highlight the superiority.Meansliterature research method;theoretical approach;hypothesis;medical history.Conclusions(1)Illness of spleen system maybe classified into dysfunction and organic disease,the former belonging to dysfunction of XuanFu and the latter belonging to YinFu.So we can explain chills and fever,deficiency and excess,exterior and interior and producing and transportation of qi-blood and fluid from microcosmic particle.Combining microcosmic and macroscopic can preferably guide combination and administration of Chinese medicinal.(2)YinFu is the most constituent part of spleen system,owning itself characters of physiology and pathology.when YinFu have organic disease,we must find out problems from microcosmic and macroscopic.So,there is a essential difference between dysfunction and organic disease in combination and administration of Chinese medicinal.(3)As a open system,YinFu of spleen system owns relative balance ecosystem.In the ecosystem,the symbiotic relationship between human and flora is very important.If external germs disturb the relative balance ecosystem,will appear correlation symptoms.So,recovering and maintaining relative balance ecosystem will be a feature of combination and administration of Chinese medicinal.
