The Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Acoustic Dynamic Therapy On Hypertrophic Scar

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acoustic dynamic therapy on hypertrophic scar treatment with white flower snake tongue.Methods:This study collected the study patients from jan,2017-01,2018 heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital emergency department and fractures trauma debridement suture of outpatient and hospitalization and surgery of 160 cases of patients,postoperative dismantle suture or closing a nail 20 days,began the incision healing were observed,would be consistent with the experiment diagnostic criteria of 120 patients were included in the experiment,any gender,the age of 15-60 one full year of life.120 patients were randomly divided into four groups by the random indicator method,respectively,spreading hedyotis herb external treatment group(treatment group(A),the sound power therapy group(treatment group(B),spreading hedyotis herb joint sound dynamic therapy group(treatment group(C),the control group(no treatment),each group 30 people.All the patients in the treatment group were treated with wound or surgical incision.After 20 days of treatment,the next day,two weeks was a course of treatment,and after the treatment was completed,the treatment was resumed for 60 days.The results were observed by observing the changes of scar tissue thickness,vascular distribution and softness.The data were measured using t test,and the data were represented by mean or plus or minus standard deviation(x plus or minus S).Data use linear correlation processing.P<0.05 was significant,and p BBB 0 0.05 was not significant.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results:The effect of sonodynamic therapy on the thickness of scar tissue,vascular distribution,and softness was the most obvious.Conclusion:Acoustic dynamic therapy combined with white snake tongue grass has remarkable curative effect on hypertrophic scar.
