Objective:To explore the value of high-flow humidification warm oxygen therapy in the non-early extubation patients after the congenital heart disease cure operation,to provide effective basis for the application of high flow humidification and hyperthermia therapy.Methods:?1?Recall of conforming to the inclusion criteria between January2016 and December 2016,according to the extubation time to divided into early extubation group and non-early extubation group, summarized and analyzedthe general data of the cases, the incidence of re intubation, the incidence of respiratory complications and the time of ICU treatment,to understand the effect of non-early extubation on patients,by a basis for the selection of non early extubation patients.?2?Choose the patients with congenital heart disease treatment for the early extubation after as the research object in rui kang hospital of guangxi medical university between January 2017 and December 2017.According to the patient's order,58children were selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria, and 58children were included in the control group and observation group according to the doctor`s draw. The general data of two groups of patients, the oxygenation indexat different time points after withdrawal, the viscosity of sputum, the incidence of recannula and incidence of respiratory complications were collected and analysed, and to checkout the effectiveness of high flow humidification and hyperthermia.Results:?1?Retrospective analysis of past cases showed that there was no statistical difference in the general data of the two groups?P>0.05?.The incidence of recurrent intubation and the incidence of respiratory complicationsinnon early extubation group were higher than those in early extubation group, and ICU treatment in non early extubation group was longer. The difference of data between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.?2?Analysis of the data of two groups of research objects found that there was no significant difference in the general data between the two groups?P>0.05?.Two groups of subjects in weaning after 4h,8h,12h three time collection of the respiratory frequency,PaO2,PaCO2,SpO2 have obvious difference, the observation group, two thick sputum intubation rate, the incidence of respiratory complications was lower than the control group, the observation group ICU retention time than control group in short;in addition to the incidence of respiratory complications, other indicators of differences was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Conclusions:?1?The rate of re-intubation and complication in early extubation patients is higher than non-early extubation patients, the time of ICU treatment for non early extubation patients is longer,to select appropriate auxiliary ventilation methods and implement effective respiratory management methods after withdrawal is important to non-early extubation patients.?2?Application of humidified high flow nasal cannula in non-early extubation patients,it can keep the oxygenation index of the patient within the normal range, improve the patient's comfort, reduction of the rate of re intubation and the incidence of complicationsafter remove the respirator, and shortening the time of ICU retention,Humidified high flow nasal cannula have a certain value of application.
