Objective: To observe the effect of ShenQi Dihuang decoction on the expression of Erk signaling pathway and AngAT1 receptor in renal interstitial fibrosis rats,and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of this prescription on chronic renal failure.Methods: 60 Healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank group,model group,Lotensin new group,ShenQi Dihuang decoction Group(hereinafter referred to as the group),each group of 15;After 1 weeks of adaptive rearing,the model group,Lotensin New group,and the group of the groups underwent unilateral ureteral ligation(UUO),After operation,the drug group was converted into equivalent dosage by the corresponding drug in the rat body weight,and the blank group of normal feeding,model group with distilled water irrigation stomach,after 6 weeks,each group randomly selected 8,unified blood collection,urine to detect serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,urine micro-albumin,and kidney tissue,Immunohistochemical assay was used to detect the expression of Erk and AngAT1 in renal tissues of rats.Results: The serum creatinine and the Lodino group were 6 weeks after the drug perfusion.Urea nitrogen,urinary albumin was significantly lower than model group,there was significant difference(p<0.05),there were statistically significant differences in the expression of Erk and AngAT1 in renal tissues of rats in the group were lower than those in Lotensin group(p< 0.05).Conclusion: ShenQi Dihuang decoction can reduce the expression of erk and AngAT1 in renal interstitial and renal tubules,inhibit renal interstitial fibrosis,reduce microalbuminuria,improve renal function,and delay the progression of renal failure. |
