Objective:The expression and clinical significance of PTEN and DCAMKL-1 in colorectal cancer tissues were discussed. Methods:Affiliated hospital of our school and Dali prefecture hospital in October 2015 and December 2015-collection of knot, rectal cancer pathological tissue specimens 59 cases, surgical removal of the organization are all confirmed by pathological examination for colorectal cancer,to find the original medical record data, confirm the original medical record information is complete. After that, all the collected tissues were fixed with 10% formaldehyde solution, and the tissue was embedded with paraffin. In addition,30 histological normal samples from 10 cm outside the edge of tumor tissue were taken as normal tissue.By immunohistochemistry SABC and Western Blot, the expression of PTEN and DCAMKL-1 in 59 patients with colorectal cancer and 30 cases of adjacent normal tissues were observed. Results:Among the 59 cases of colorectal cancer,36 males and 23 females were females, with the patient being 60 years or older,30 cases with tumor diameter less than 3 cm and 38 cases with 3 cm.The pathological diagnosis in all the colorectal cancer was 12 cases with highly differentiated carcinoma,10 cases of middle differentiation cancer,37 cases of low differentiation cancer,no preoperative treatment and chemotherapy.According to the Ducks staging method,39 cases of A/B period,20 cases of C/D,22 cases of lymph node metastasis, and 37 cases were without lymph node metastasis. The positive expression rates of PTEN in 59 colorectal cancer tissues were 50.0%,40.0% and 24.32%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression of PTEN was not related to the age, gender, and stage of the patient, but to the degree of differentiation of malignant tumor. The positive expression rates of DCAMKL-1 in 59 colorectal cancer tissues were 16.67%,30.0% and 32.43%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of DCAMLK-1 in patients with colorectal cancer clinical pathology data correlation analysis, the result was found that the expression level of DCAMLK-1 in patients with colorectal cancer tumor size,TNM stages, differentiation degree and diameter is closely related to the presence of lymph node metastasis, etc(P < 0.05).The mean optical density(AOD)of PTEN and DCAMKL-1 was 0.423±0.021 and 0.386±0.042 respectively. The average optical density of positive reaction in the benign lesions of colorectal lesions was 0.267±0.053 and 0.211±0.026,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PTEN and DCAMKL-1 May be associated with the differentiation degree of colorectal cancer, the poorlier degree of differentiation, the expression of PTEN rate is lower.the lower the degree of differentiation, the expression of DCAMKL-1 rate is higher,it can be used as colorectal cancer metastasis and prognosis judge monitoring is an important indicator.
