Objective: For refractory hypertension(RH)with obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome(OSAS)of the patients, studying clinical significance after improving the symptoms of patients with obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome and joint drug treatment.Method: We selected 126 patients with refractory hypertension in our hospital from 2016-1 to 2017-6,excluding other secondary factors(such as bilateral renal artery stenosis, primary aldosteronism, renal parenchymal lesions, etc.)At the same time, according to the standard diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome.Finally,90 people were selected. The day before the test, avoid drinking tea, alcohol, sedatives, sleep AIDS,etc. The patient's blood pressure was measured with a mercurial sphygmomanometer for 2 times /day,at 8 am and 8pm respectively. The mean of the sum of the two is the patient,s blood pressure. All the related medications were directed by the cardiologist.Control group: 45 patients,male(23),female(22),average age 69.5±2.5 year, average systolic blood pressure 167.83±12.52 mm Hg,average diastolic blood pressure 109.79±10.22 mm Hg.Through simple antihypertensive drug therapy for 7 days.Average systolic blood pressure drops to 151.23±11.22 mm Hg.Average diastolic blood pressure drops to 87.24±10.24 mm Hg.Experimental group: 45 patients,male(28),female(17),average age 68.2±2.4 year, average systolic blood pressure 168.82±12.52,average diastolic blood pressure 110.39±10.17 mm Hg.Among them,43 patients underwent continuous airway positive pressure ventilation treatment(CPAP).In the other two cases, the patients were considered to have poor compliance and the treatment of nasal polypectomy was performed after the elimination of taboos. At the same time, after 7 days of combined antihypertensive drugs, the average systolic blood pressure decreased to 131.36±11.45 mm Hg.The average diastolic blood pressure decreased to 86.17±10.35 mm Hg.Consequence: The control group and the experimental group were statistically indistinguishable in age and sex. Before treatment, there was no difference in blood between the experimental group(P>0.05).After treatment, both of them were in the systolic blood pressure and the data was different and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.356,P<0.05).The data on diastolic blood pressure were different and statistically after treatment(t=7.378,P<0.05).Both systolic and diastolic blood pressure were statistically significant. Conclusion: For the patients with refractory hypertension and with obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome, the control of blood pressure is not good through only traditional treatment with simple hypotensive drugs. The blood pressure was significantly controlled after the treatment of combining antihypertensive drugs with therapy of improving obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome. Thus, for a merge in patients with refractory hypertension patients with obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome, through continuous positive airway pressure therapy or surgery combined antihypertensive drug therapy have important clinical significance, which is worth further promotion.
