Objective:To investigate the characteristics of EGFR gene mutation patients in lung adenocarcinoma in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.Methods:A total of 202 cases with first-degree definitive diagnosis(pathological diagnosis,cytology)from January 2017 to December 2017 in Yanbian were selected as the data of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.The ARMS method was used to detect the mutation of exon 19 and 21 of EGFR gene in lung adenocarcinoma patients in Yanbian area.Of these,156 patients were tested and their results were analyzed.Six methods were used to determine the methods of acquisition,gender,ethnicity,age,smoking index,and TNM stage.All data were statistically analyzed using spss22.0 software package.Results:Among the 202 patients with lung adenocarcinoma,156 were found to have a result,and 44 patients had a positive EGFR gene mutation.The overall mutation rate was 28.2%(44/156).Surgical and thoracoscopic methods have higher detection rates than fiber bronchoscopes and percutaneous lung wear.Among the patients with test results,the mutation rate of EGFR gene was higher in women than in men,and the difference in gender was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in nationality,age,smoking index,and TNM staging.The mutation types were 19 exons and 21 exons.The mutation rate of exon 19 was 15.38%(24/156),and the mutation rate of exon 21 of L858R was 12.82%(20/156).There was no significant difference in age,smoking index and TNM staging(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The total mutation rate of EGFR gene in patients with lung adenocarcinoma in Yanbian area was slightly lower than average.2.The detection rate by surgical and thoracoscopic methods was higher than that by bronchoscopy and percutaneous pulmonary ventilation.3.Women have a gender advantage over men in Yanbian of EGFR gene.4.The mutation types were exon 19 and exon 21,and there was no significant difference between the two mutation types.
