Objective: To explore whether there were differences in the cardiovascular indexes between different glucose metabolism status, through exercise risk screening and health fitness assessment, and then carry out 30 min moderate intensity exercise by constant load. This article finally included 45 subjects between 45~65.Methods: By a variety of ways to recruit subjects, understand the basic information and to determine the state of glucose metabolism through oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT),including normal,pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes;Based on this, the subjects are divided into 3 groups, and then exclude non-conforming research subjects.Among the 30 min moderate intensity exercise, according to the target heart rate to control exercise intensity,THR=(HRmax-HRrest)*(45%~55%)+HRrest).Heart rate and blood pressure were monitored before?each 5min in the exercise and 5,10,15,30,60,and 120 min after exercise, moreover Rating of Perceived Exertion(RPE)was recorded in exercise.Results:(1)Brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)in the type 2 diabetic group was significantly faster than that in the normal glucose metabolism group and the prediabetes group(P < 0.05),but the there was no significant difference in ankle brachial index(ABI)between the three groups(P > 0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the level of physical activity between the three groups by subjective investigation(P > 0.05).(3)There was a moderate positive correlation between baPWV and fasting blood glucose, and had a very significant difference(P < 0.01).(4)There was a significant positive correlation between baPWV and HR,SBP,DBP,PP,MAP,RPP of quiet state;and a significant positive correlation between baPWV and HR,SBP,DBP,PP,MAP in exercise(P < 0.05).(5)Before,during and after exercise cardiovascular indexes(heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate, systolic blood pressure,rate-pressure product)were significant differences between different time points were found intra group(P < 0.05),and there was only systolic pressure, mean arterial pressure and rate-pressure product exists significant differences inter groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Moderate intensity exercise has a greater impact on SBP and MAP in patients with type 2 diabetes. With the aggravation of glucose metabolism disorders, the more serious vascular stiffness is,the stronger the response of the cardiovascular responses in the middle intensity exercise center of 30 min, which suggests that the moderate intensity exercise of type 2 diabetes patients should be monitored closely.
