Purpose:Pelvic Organ Prolapse(POP)is caused by a variety of etiological factors to support the pelvic floor tissue weakness, and then the female reproductive organs and adjacent organs downward displacement.POP influences patients' quality of life in different ways, and has serious negative effects on patients' lifestyle, social interaction and family life. This study analyzed Pelvic floor reconstruction(Avaulta)and Abdominal Sacrocolpopexy(ASC),discusses two kinds of different surgical method to treat the POP clinical curative effect and complications, better grasp the operation indication, the provide reference for clinical application. Methods:From March 2015 to March 2017,76 cases of pelvic organ prolapse underwent surgery in the affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,43 cases received pelvic floor reconstruction and abdominal sacrocolpopexy in 33 cases.Observation target:By comparing the preoperative and postoperative objective evaluation indexes of the two groups of patients,POP-Q(Pelvic organ prolapse quantitive examination),PFIQ-7(pelvic floor impact questionnaire-short form 7),PFDI-20(pelvic floor distress inventory short form 20)was used to evaluate the efficacy of the operation and the quality of life and postoperative complications and recurrence.Result:The operation time of group A was shorter than group B(P<0.05);The amount of intraoperative bleeding in group B was less than that in group A(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the time of indwelling urinary catheter in two groups(P>0.05).POP-Q scores of Ba,BP and C were significantly improved in the two groups at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).After 1 years, the quality of life in group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).The symptoms of SUI were significantly alleviated in the two groups before surgery(P<0.05)The incidence of SUI in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Perioperative complications were observed in both groups, group A was higher than group B(P<0.05).In grouP B,the incidence rate of Postoperative complication in both groups was same(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of group A was higher than that in Group B(P<0.05),Conclusion:1.Pelvic floor reconstruction and abdominal sacrocolpopexy are effective, safe and feasible methods for the treatment of POP.2.The cure rate of abdominal sacralcolpopexy was high, the long-term effect was high, the recurrence rate was obviously low,but the operation time is long, the bleeding is much, the technical requirement is high;Pelvic floor reconstruction has a short operation time, less bleeding and low technical requirements, but the effect is poor and the recurrence rate is high.
