Objective:To anlyze the effect in the treatment of medium and severe varicosis of great saphenous vein with hight ligation combined with endovenous laser treatment and percutaneous segmental suture ligation and the conventional surgeries. Methods:The clinical data of 72 patients with medium and severe varicosis veins of lower Extremity who were collected in Department of Cardiovascular Surgery to Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from September 2015 to September 2017 were retrospectively studied and were divided into observation group and control group,Each group was 36 cases.Accoding to the clinical classification of CEAP venous disease classification syetem, the severity of chronic venous diseases is describedObservation group were treated by high ligation combined with endovenous laser treatment and percutaneous segmental suture ligation while control group were received surgeries of hight ligation combined with stripping of great saphenous.the duration of operation, the amount of bleeding, hospitalization time, complications of the patients and recurrence rate of the patients and compared between the two groups, the effects of postoperative pain in 2 groups were measured using visual analogue. All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months and 15.6±1.6 months averagely.Results:1.The operation time of the observation group and the control group was 51.97±9.09min and 98.50±14.64min,intraoperative bleeding volume was 14.36±3.88ml and 52.77±10.90ml,postoperative pain grades was 2.42±0.84 and 5.14±1.07,hospitalization time was 4.39±0.93d and7.22±1.24d,Analysis of the above results showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group,The differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.A total of 7 cases of postoperative complications in the observation group.A total of 17 cases of postoperative complications occurred in the control group.the incidence of postoperative fever, poor incision healing, subcutaneous hematoma, skin numbness, nerve injury, incision infection, phlebitis and lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,The differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The recurrent rate of the observation group was 2.78%and that of the control group was 5.56%within 2 years,Results follow up for the recurrent rate showed no statistical significant changes between the two groups of operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Hight ligation combined with endovenous laser treatment and percutaneous segmental suture ligation of varicosis vein of lower limb is effective. The method is safe, reliable and the scope of application is wide.2.Hight ligation combined with endovenous laser treatment and percutaneous segmental suture ligation versus conventional approach,it has shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding loss, significantly reduced postoperative pain symptoms, short duration of hospitalization, fewer complications and no scar was observed.
