Objective To explore the value of the five antibodies, namely EBV-Ig A,EBNA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig M,and EA-Ig G,detection in diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods A total of 129 adults inpatients and outpatients(58 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma group and 71 cases of control group)were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical University Of Anhui from April 2016 to March 2017.Serum EBV-Ig A was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and EBNA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig M and EA-Ig G were detected by chemiluminescence(CLIA).The results were statistically analyzed to evaluate the diagnostic value of the five antibodies in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Results 1.The preference of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was found in middle-aged men,and there was no significant difference in the five antibody test results of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(P> 0.05).2.EBV-Ig A,EBNA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig G,EA-Ig G were the highest positive pattern of Epstein-Barr virus antibody in 58 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.accounting for 84.48% of the total positive rate.3.The positive rates of EBV-Ig A,EBNA-Ig G and EA-Ig G in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05)..4.The diagnostic efficiency of five single antibody tests for the disease showed that the sensitivity of EBNA-Ig G and EBVCA-Ig G in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group reached 100%,while the specificity was 11.3% and 8.5% respectively. The EBVCA-Ig M is as specific as 95.8% with a sensitivity of only 1.7%.5.According to the analysis of the ROC curve drawn, the EA-Ig G effect was best in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the area under the curve was 0.851.Combination detection of EBV-Ig A,EBNA-Ig G,EBV-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig M,EA-Ig G is the best combination in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the area under the curve 0.881.Conclusion 1.The overall effect of EA-IgG single detection in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is the best, and the area under the ROC curve is not significantly different from the combined detection.2.The combination detection of the five antibodies(EBV-Ig A,EBNA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig M,EA-Ig G)together has the best effect in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, better than any single test indicators, helping to improve the diagnosis rate of the disease. Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the five antibodies, namely EBV-Ig A,EBNA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig M,and EA-Ig G,in infectious mononucleosis(IM).Methods A total of 406 children inpatients and outpatients(24 cases of infectious mononucleosis group,382 cases of control group)were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical University Of Anhui from April 2016 to March 2017.Serum EBV-Ig A was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and EBNA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig M and EA-Ig G were detected by chemiluminescence(CLIA).The results were statistically analyzed to evaluate the diagnostic value of the five antibodies in infectious mononucleosis. Results 1.The age of onset of infectious mononucleosis is mainly in preschool children, but there is no significant difference in gender. There was no significant difference in the five antibody test results of infectious mononucleosis(P> 0.05).6.The results of 24 patients with infectious mononucleosis showed that the positive numbers of EBVCA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig M,EA-Ig G were relatively high, accounting for54.16% of the total positive rate.7.The positive rates of EBVCA-Ig M and EA-Ig G in infectious mononucleosis group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).8.In the infectious mononucleosis group, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and negative predictive value of single detection of EBVCA-Ig M reached more than 90%; EA-Ig G specificity and accuracy were 94.5% and 93.1%.The sensitivity, only 70.8%,is relatively low.9.According to the analysis of the ROC curve drawn, the EBVCA-Ig M effect was best in the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis, and the area under the curve was0.916.Combined detection of EBNA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig M and EA-Ig G was the best in the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis, and the area under the curve was 0.948.Conclusion 1.The overall effect of EBVCA-Ig M single detection in the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis is the best, and the area under the ROC curve is not significantly different from the combined detection.2.The combination detection of the three antibodies(EBNA-Ig G,EBVCA-Ig M,EA-Ig G)together has the best effect in the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis, better than any single test indicators, helping to improve the diagnosis rate of the disease.
