| Objective: To observe the effect of Regulating-qi and Clearing-heat Granules Combined with Medilac-s intervention on constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-C)and Qi Stagnation and Intestinal Dryness Pattern with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth(SIBO)clinical efficacy,clear the correlation between IBS-C and SIBO,and to investigate the lactulose hydrogen breath test(LHBT)application value in IBS-C.Methods: Adopt LHBT to choose total of 120 cases of IBS-C(Qi Stagnation and Intestinal Dryness Pattern)in patients with SIBO,were randomly divided into three groups,Chinese medicine group were treated with Regulating-qi and Clearing-heat Granules treatment,western medicine group was given Medilac-s treatment,combined group treated with Regulating-qi and Clearing-heat Granules Combined with Medilac-s treatment,three groups were treated for 4 weeks after the treatment.LHBT and safety index.The symptoms,SIBO,OCTT and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in the three groups.Results: Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 86.5%,the total effective rate of Western medicine group was 72.2%,the total effective rate of combined group was 91.9%,the difference between three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the curative effect of combined group was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and Western Medicine group,and the curative effect of Chinese medicine group was better than that of Western medicine group.The clinical symptom score:(1)Intra group comparison: after the treatment of the three group the clinical symptoms score and total score decreased significantly,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The comparison between the groups before the treatment: To compare the clinical symptoms score and total score was no significant difference between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05);(3)The comparison between the groups after the treatment: there was a significant difference between the three groups after treatment the clinical symptoms score and total score difference(P<0.05),which in the stool,abdominal pain,dry mouth and bad breath,belch hiccup symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and combined group were compared the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Chinese medicine group and combined group were better than western medicine group,there was no significant difference between the TCM group and combination group(P>0.05).In improving abdominal distention,western medicine group,Chinese medicine group respectively,there were statistically significant differences between group comparison(P<0.05),combined group was better than the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group.There was no significant difference between Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(P>0.05).the frequency of defecation and total score on the differences between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),combined group was better than the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,Chinese medicine group is better than western medicine group.SIBO negative rate: after 4weeks of treatment,LHBT showed that the negative rate of the Chinese medicine group was 40.5%,the negative rate of the western medicine group was 44.4%,and the negative rate of the combined group was 67.6%.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the combination group was better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group.There was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P>0.05).The improvement of OCTT:(1)comparison between groups: compared OCTT there was no significant difference between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).there was a significant difference in OCTT between the three groups after treatment(P<0.05),the combined group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group,Chinese medicine group is better than western medicine group.(2)Intra group comparison: compared with before treatment,the time of OCTT decreased significantly in the three groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reaction was found in the safety indexes of the three groups after the treatment.Conclusion:(1)The clinical efficacy of Regulating-qi and Clearing-heat Granules and Medilac-s treatment of IBS-C(Qi Stagnation and Intestinal Dryness Pattern)with SIBO patients is significantly,combined medication intervention effect has been further strengthened;(2)Regulating-qi and Clearing-heat Granules combined with Medilac-s treatment of IBS-C(Qi Stagnation and Intestinal Dryness Pattern)with SIBO patients and SIBO OCTT has improved significantly,there is a high correlation between SIBO and IBS-C,OCTT may also be part of the cause of SIBO and IBS-C,but the mechanism is not clear at present,Chinese medicine for the study of IBS-C and SIBO were also less,need further research.(3)LHBT as an economic,simple and non-invasive detection method,it can be used as a preferred auxiliary examination for clinicians to diagnose and diagnose the changes of IBS-C patients and improve the quality of clinical diagnosis and treatment.It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
