Objective: To observe the effect of anti-epileptic decoction on immunoglobulin level and quality of life in epileptic patients. Methods: Adopting randomized, controlled clinical research program to collect 60 cases of epilepsy hospitalized in September 2015 to May 2017,and 30 cases were divided into treatment group and control group by random method. The two groups were given the general basic treatment regimen of Western medicine,in which the treatment group was given the anti-epileptic decoction as the main treatment plan. The control group was treated with Chinese medicine. The levels of immunoglobulin and quality of life were observed in 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment. Results: After 12 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate by 86.67% was better than the control group by 70.00%(P<0.05).In the treatment group,in 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, the QOLIE-31 score in the group comparison was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05).The difference of IgA and IgM between the two groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The application of anti-epileptic decoction to the immunoglobulin of epileptic patients has certain influence, and the life quality l of patients with anti-epileptic decoction can be certainly improved.
