Objective: To observe the changes of functional brain network during the interictal period in patients with perimenopausal migraine and to explore the correlation between the changes of functional brain network and the diseases in the interictal period so as to provide a reference for the pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis and treatment of migraineurs.Method: Twenty-three migraineurs with perimenopausal migraine visit from October 2015 to January 2018 in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College were selected as the migraine group and healthy subjects with gender, age, education level and migraine group were selected 18 were control group. All subjects underwent Hamilton Anxiety Scale score <7 and Hamilton Depression Scale score <7,all subjects underwent 3.0T high resolution T1-weighted MR imaging(3D-T1)and rest state function Magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)scan. All magnetic resonance images were preprocessed by SPM8 and analyzed by Regional homogeneity ReHo,Functional connectivity FC based analysis using the two-sample t-test A comparative analysis of abnormal brain function network between the two groups.Result:(1)Based on Regional homogeneity ReHo analysis results: Compared with the healthy control group, migraine group had spontaneous neurological dysfunction in multiple brain regions,Right fusiform gyrus, right cerebellum, right inferior temporal gyrus, left frontal gyrus and the left frontal gyrus functional consistency increased(p <0.005);The left cerebellum, the left fusiform gyrus, the left temporal gyrus, the right central gyrus, the left ancillary exercise area, the medial frontal gyrus, the medial frontal gyri and accessory cingulate gyrus, the hippocampus, the right parietal gyrus and the right inferior parietal lobule functional conformancedecrease(p<0.005),the difference was statistically significant.(2)Based on the results of the right post-central gyri Functional connectivity: Compared with the healthy control group, the left inferior temporal gyrus, the middle temporal gyrus, the left fusiform gyrus, the left cerebellum, the subiculum hippocampi, the left gyrus infracalcarine, the left inferior frontal gyrus, the left middle frontal gyrus, the right angular gyrus, the right superior occipital gyrus, the superior parietal gyrus, the right anterior central gyrus, the supplementary motor area and the right posterior central gyrus functional connection decrease(p<0.005),the difference was statistically significant. No connection enhancement area found. Conclusion: Interictal Menstrual Migraines Migraine women still exist in the resting state of brain abnormalities in the network, these abnormal areas and more with pain, cognitive and emotional processing related. It was basically consistent with the abnormal brain function network in all kinds of migraine patients.
