A Literature Study On The Taxonomy Of Syndromes Of Tai Yin Disease

Objective This study take Taiyin disease of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases as the pointcut of the research,using the corresponding statistical treatment,summarize the characteristics of syndrome of Taiyin disease,and syndrome classification,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of diseases by using accurate,contribute to the development of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine prescription.Methods By using the method of electronic retrieval access CNKI,Wanfang Data,CMJD and Sino Med containing related organ syndromes Taiyin disease cases by the end of December 2017,and screened according to the inclusion criteria of medical records,medical records of patient information induction,analysis,collation,collection,record the result in the use of excel 2016,the frequency of data analysis at the same time,the research methods used in spass22.0 cluster analysis,clustering combination of the four diagnostic information.Results Total death in 8909 literatures were collected and screened according to the exclusion criteria,with 298 articles,including 353 cases,the statistics of relevant viscera syndrome of Taiyin disease 24,four diagnostic information of 263 viscera disease;syndrome of Taiyin involving most of the organs is spleen;retrieved case is a case report.There are no controlled trials,unable to carry out system evaluation;although the relevant viscera syndrome of Taiyin disease,but there is no clear classification of syndormes.Conclusion According to the theory of pathogenesis,the syndromes of Tai Yin disease can be divided into the deficiency and cold syndrome in the shadow of the shadow and the syndrome of the stroke in the Tai Yin.In cold water,Taiyin syndrome of Yin blood,with blood too deficiancy Taiyin syndrome.
