Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of early recurrence and late recurrence after radiofrequency catheter ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)and to guide the patients with atrial fibrillation to choose a treatment plan to improve the success rate of radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods: A total of 101 patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation were enrolled in the Department of Cardiology,Yijishan Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from February 2016 to February 2017.Among them,82 patients were in the array Atrial fibrillation,19 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation,53 patients were male patients,48 patients were female patients.Patient's sex, age, type of atrial fibrillation(AF)and complication of hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia were collected before surgery.Body mass index(BMI)and venous blood samples were collected to detect NT-pro BNP,Left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and mitral regurgitation or tricuspid regurgitation in our hospital.Atrial Fibrillation Radiofrequency ablation antiarrhythmic drugs amiodarone take 3 months.Warfarin 3 months anticoagulant therapy, oral proton pump inhibitor pantoprazole treatment for 1 month.Atrial fibrillation patients after radiofrequency ablation were followed up for a year, according to follow-up results, the patients with atrial fibrillation were divided into early recurrence and late recurrence.Early recurrence is atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, atrial tachycardia, etc.with a duration of ?30s recorded by Holter monitoring or 12-lead electrocardiogram in the first three months after surgery, including symptomatic and asymptomatic.Late recurrence refers to atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, atrial tachycardia and the like with a duration of ?30 s recorded by a dynamic electrocardiogram or a 12-lead electrocardiogram between 3 months and 1 year after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation,Symptoms and asymptomatic persons.Age,atrial fibrillation type, body mass index(BMI),NT-pro BNP,LAD and LVEF in patients with early recurrence were analyzed retrospectively.Whether associated with hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome and other complications and whether accompanied by mitral regurgitation or tricuspid regurgitation with early non-recurrence group compared to determine the impact of early recurrence. The gender, age, type of AF,body mass index(BMI),NT-pro BNP,LAD,LVEF,Whether accompanied by hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome and other complications and whether accompanied by mitral regurgitation or tricuspid regurgitation with late non-recurrence group were compared to study the impact of late postoperative recurrence factors. To further explore the independent impact factors of early recurrence and late recurrence after atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation. Results: A retrospective analysis of 101 patients with atrial fibrillation after atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation showed that there were 38 patients with early recurrence of atrial fibrillation.Atrial fibrillation patients with late recurrence is 37 cases.Early recurrence group and early non-recurrence group, gender, whether paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, left atrial diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, presence or absence of mitral regurgitation and tricuspid valve and atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation No significant correlation between the early recurrence(P>0.05).Age,Metabolic syndrome,BMI and NT-pro BNP affected the early recurrence after atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation(P<0.05).Age,gender,paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, left atrial diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, and presence or absence of tricuspid valve were not significantly related to late recurrence and late nonrecurrence groups.(P>0.05).Metabolic syndrome,BMI,NT-pro BNP,mitral regurgitation, and early recurrence affected the late recurrence rate after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation(P<0.05).Further logistic regression analysis revealed that BMI is an independent factor that influences early recurrence after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation(?=3.667,OR=39.123,95%CI 3.054-436.757 P=0.003).BMI can independently predict late recurrence after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation(?=2.511,OR=12.317,95%CI 1.04-145.878 P=0.046).Conclusion: Age,BMI,NT-pro BNP and metabolic syndrome are the influencing factors of atrial fibrillation affecting the early recurrence after atrial fibrillation.BMI,NT-pro BNP,Metabolic syndrome, mitral regurgitation, and early recurrence affect the late recurrence rate after atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation.Among them, body mass index(BMI)can independently predict the late recurrence after atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation.BMI is an independent factor that influences early recurrence after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation.
