Objective To compare clinical effect and safety of left-double-lumen tube and bronchial blocker in vedio-assisted atrial fibrillation ablationMethod forty and eight general anesthesia operation patients,ASA ???,who underwent vedio-assisted atrial fibrillation ablation in our hospital from Jun 2015 to Mar 2016 were randomly divided into double-lumen tube(A group)and bronchial blocker(B group),with 24 patients in each group.Beside,the tube type of A group was left-double-lumen tube.Bronchofiberscope was used to locate in every patients.The mean artery pressure(MAP)and heart rates(HR)before and after intubation,intubation positioning time,airway pressure(Ppeak)after one-lung ventilation,lung collapse quality,and occurrence of cough,hoarseness,sore throat after extubation of two groups were recorded.Result Intubation positioning time between two groups was not statisitically significant.The MAP and HR were significantly increased after intubting in both groups,To be specific,they were more significant in group A than in group B(P<0.05).When left lungs blocked,Ppeak and qualities of lung collepse were not statistically significant between two groups.When right lungs blocked,the Ppeak and quality of lung collepse in A group were higher and better than those in B group.the occurrence of cough,hoarseness and sore throat were more frequently in group A than those in group B,and lung collepse was less obvious.Conclusion Both double-lumen tube and bronchial blocker can be used in vedio-assisted atrial fibrillation ablation with satisfying effects.As for the quality of lung isolation,double-lumen tubes was better than bronchial blockers.However,compared to bronchial blocker,double-lumen tube results in more unstable hemodynamics and higher occurrence of side effects.
