ObiectiveThe four aims of this study are as follows:(1)withdrawal symptoms of drug addicts in different time periods;(2)the relationship between physical symptoms, emotional symptoms, craving symptoms and sleep symptoms of drug addicts after detoxification;(3)sleep quality of drug addicts after detoxification;(4)preliminary study on the mechanism of apnea by the detection of the breath drive response.MethodsCollect separately the basic data and drug use of 376 drug addicts in 24 hours,7 days,1 months,6 months and 1 years in The fifth compulsory detoxification center of Yunnan Province, and to Their withdrawal symptom rating scale of heroin dependence,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)respectively on a questionnaire survey of sleep and withdrawal symptoms was conducted among 5 addicts at different time periods.Data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software,Pearson correlations were used to analyze the correlations between somatic symptoms, emotional symptoms, craving symptoms, and sleep symptoms at different times.Results(1)withdrawal symptoms of drug addicts in different time periodsIn 24 hours,in 7 days,1 months,6 months and 1 years of addicts withdrawal symptoms questionnaire,we found that physical symptoms, emotional symptoms, craving symptoms, the most obvious symptoms of sleep changes in drug withdrawal process. But in the withdrawal of 6 months, there are different degrees of rebound, after which tends to smooth. From this we can conclude that the improvement of withdrawal symptoms is not improved with time. This may be one of the causes of relapse.(2)the relationship between physical symptoms, emotional symptoms, craving symptoms and sleep symptoms of drug addicts after detoxificationCorrelation analysis of withdrawal symptoms at different time periods:?During the 24 hours of withdrawal, there was a correlation between emotional symptoms and sleep symptoms, emotional symptoms, craving symptoms, sleep symptoms and physical symptoms, physical symptoms, emotional symptoms, sleep symptoms and craving symptoms(P<0.01);? During the 7 days of withdrawal, craving symptoms were correlational with sleep symptoms(P<0.05);emotional symptoms, craving symptoms, and sleep symptoms were not correlational with physical symptoms(P>0.05).?During the 1 months of withdrawal, the symptoms and physical symptoms, sleep symptoms and emotional symptoms, emotional symptoms and physical symptoms were correlated(P<0.01);?During the 6 months of withdrawal, emotional symptoms, craving symptoms, sleep symptoms and physical symptoms, craving symptoms, sleep symptoms and emotional symptoms, sleep symptoms and craving symptoms were interrelated(P<0.01);? During the I years of withdrawal, craving symptoms were significantly correlated with emotional symptoms(P<0.01).It can be seen that the withdrawal symptoms in the detoxification process exist mutual influence, and in different stages, the main symptoms are different. The mutual influence of various symptoms is the key factor of relapse.(3)sleep quality of drug addicts after detoxificationIn different periods of withdrawal,Pittsburgh sleep index scale(PSQI)level difference, the more early the poorer sleep quality and sleep quality,in late toxicity will be better.During the 24 hours of withdrawal in the proportion of the largest proportion of level 2,3;During the 7 days of withdrawal is level 1;During the 1 months of withdrawal was level 0,1;During the 6 months of withdrawal was level 1,2;During the 1 years of withdrawal of level 0,1.The improvement of sleep quality is the most stubborn in the withdrawal of drug addicts, and it can last for a long time, even for life.(4)preliminary study on the mechanism of apnea by the detection of the breath drive response.Through sleep detection,to see the occurrence of central apnea in drug addicts, and to detect the respiratory drive function,to find some of the mechanisms of central apnea. In the course of the experiment, due to the reasons for the resistance, resulting in the interruption of the experiment,to be redesigned after the completion of this part of the experiment in the later stage.Conclusion1.drug addicts in different periods of withdrawal symptoms with the extension of the remission time, but the whole process will rebound, and there are differences in the main withdrawal symptoms.Sleep quality is one of the most important causes of relapse.2.There were interactions between withdrawal symptoms at different times, and inconsistent performance at different times.Sleep disturbance is one of the major causes of relapse.3.Long term drug dependence leads to the instability of the central apnea in drug addicts, which may be one of the mechanisms that lead to the occurrence of central apnea during sleep. However, due to the non resistance factor, this part of the experiment did not continue.Later,we will continue to carry out this part of the experiment.
