Purpose:To observe and study the rehabilitation exercise training on permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion rat model of BBB-related proteins,the effect of laminin(lamina LN),endothelial barrier antigen(Endothelial barrier antigen EBA)and the related changes in the mechanism.Experimental Methods:72 healthy male SD rats weighing range of 220-280g.These rats were randomly divided into three groups:model group,exercise therapy group,sham operation group,n=24;then divided into three days of rats,7 days,14 days,21 days four subgroups.Model group and the sham group routine feeding,do not take any treatment,exercise therapy group taken treadmill exercise training therapy.l day,according to the provisions of each group after a few days or therapeutic feeding,using mNSS scale to assess nerve function defect levels in each group of rats,and the rats were perfused brain was removed.Barrier antigen levels were detected by immunohistochemistry in brain tissue of rats in each group laminin and endothelial cells.Results:1.Exercise training can significantly improve cerebral ischemia in rats impaired motor function,limb muscle strength increased.Exercise therapy group neurological deficit levels with the model group were significantly different(P<0.01)at each time point.2.Exercise therapy group,model group LN levels in experiment 3 days lower than the sham treatment group was higher than that in the model group(P<0.01);experiments seven days exercise therapy group,model group LN expression levels were the lowest,exercise therapy group than in the untreated group expression(P<0.01);late experiment 14 days,21 days LN treatment group was higher than that in the model group compared with differences(P<0.05),description of exercise training on rat brain infarction recovery LN content can promote.3.The expression levels of EBA exercise therapy group in the experiment three days than the model group,with differences(P<0.05);experiments seven days exercise therapy group,model group EBA expression levels were the lowest,exercise therapy group than in the untreated group were(P<0.01);experiment 14 days treatment group,EBA expression in the model group than 7 days recovery,the expression levels of exercise therapy group than in the untreated group(P<0.01);experiment 21 days,the treatment group,EBA expression in the model group continues to rise The expression levels of exercise therapy group than in the untreated group(P<0.05).Description of exercise training can effectively regulate changes in rat brain infarction in EBA level.Conclusions:1.Rehabilitation training can effectively reduce mNSS score infarction in rats,and promote the recovery of neural function in rats with cerebral infarction defects;2.Rehabilitation can regulate cerebral ischemic area EBA,LN-positive cells,thereby improving the blood-brain barrier permeability,which may be one of the mechanisms to promote the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction in rats defect recovery of neurological function.
