SAEW is not only a broad-spectrum,high-efficiency,safe,environmentally friendly and low-cost new disinfectant,but also a functional water containing small molecular water masses.It has been widely researched and applied in many fields.The effect of sterilization and disease prevention has been fully verified,and whether the slightly acidic electrolyzed water can promote the growth of crops and improve the resistance of crops like other plant-based pesticides remains to be studied.Therefore,in this study,'Jinpeng No.8'tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)was used as the experimental material,using two methods of seed soaking and cultivation,and a total of 4 effective chlorine concentration gradient treatments were set: SAEW20(20mg/L),SAEW40(40mg/L),SAEW60(60mg/L),SAEW80(80mg/L),using tap water as a control,study the slightly acidic electrolyzed water with different available chlorine concentrations to treat seeds in different ways,for seed germination,soluble protein content,MDA content and The influence of antioxidant enzyme activity;using irrigation method to prepare nutrient solution with effective chlorine concentration gradient SAEW,set 4 treatments: SAEW20(20mg/L),SAEW40(40mg/L),SAEW60(60mg/L),SAEW80(80mg/L),using nutrient solution prepared with tap water as a control,to study the effect of SAEW with different available chlorine concentrations on the growth and photosynthesis of tomato seedlings,and to screen out suitable available chlorine concentration;Two treatments SAEW60 and SAEW80,under the control of tap water,affect the stability of tomato seedling plasma membrane,osmotic adjustment substance and antioxidant enzyme activity,and screen out the best available chlorine concentration;Using the selected SAEW80 treatment(D80),normal tap water(CK)and natural dryness after tap water irrigation(D)were used as controls.After the tomato seedlings were treated for natural drought,the SAEW was used to study the plasma membrane of tomato seedlings under drought stress.Influence of stability,active oxygen content and antioxidant capacity.The research results are as follows:1.Soaking seeds with SAEW40 can germinate the seeds early,and the cultivating treatment can increase the germination rate by 9.16%.The soaking treatment can increase the activities of SOD,POD and CAT by 6.06%,0.74% and 1.48%,respectively.Increased by 5.82%,1.15% and 5.11% respectively.Seed vigor was increased by 17.36% and 23.64%,soluble protein content was increased by 17.33% and 18.91%,and MDA content was decreased by 3.35% and 5.84%,respectively.In addition,culture treatment also increased radicle length and fresh weight by 18.95% and 10.38%,as a whole,the tomato seed vigor,germination rate,soluble protein content and antioxidant enzyme activity increased after SAEW40 soaking and then continued to be used.The seed resistance is stronger,so SAEW40 cultivation treatment Tomato seeds work better.2.SAEW80 irrigation increased the total fresh quality and total dry quality of tomato young by 29.10% and 29.24% respectively,the seedling growth index and leaf area increased by 40.14% and 22.24% respectively;the root surface area,average diameter and total volume increased by 37.34%,16.84% and 52.54% respectively;SAEW60 and SAEW80 increased Pn by 35.79% and 30.14%,respectively.In addition to SAEW80,other treatments can significantly improve the water use efficiency of tomato seedling leaves.Overall,SAEW80 has the most promoting effect on tomato seedling growth.3.SAEW80 can maintain the plasma membrane stability of tomato seedlings to a certain extent,reduce the relative electrolyte permeability in leaves and roots by 6.56% and 7.65%,and the MDA content by 4.33% and 12.81%,respectively;SAEW80 can significantly improve the leaf and The content of osmotic adjustment substances in the root system,of which soluble sugar content increased by 5.65% and 12.18%,soluble protein content increased by 7.82% and 6.30% respectively,proline content increased by 13.04% and 21.52% respectively;SAEW80 caused CAT in leaves The activity increased by 0.72%,and the activities of SOD and CAT in the root system increased by 4.40% and 2.65%,respectively,indicating that SAEW80 can increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the leaves and roots of tomato seedlings,thereby increasing plant resistance.4.The relative electrolyte permeability of leaves and roots of tomato seedlings treated with SAEW80 under moderate drought stress decreased by 17.78% and 19.93%,MDA content in leaves decreased by 21.83%,and H2O2 content in leaves and roots decreased by 22.77% and 29.90%,respectively;Under drought stress,compared with the untreated drought group,the SOD activity of tomato seedling leaves and roots increased by 10.30% and 14.31%,and the CAT activity increased by 2.46% and 8.18%,respectively.The damage brought to a certain extent improves the drought resistance of the plant.In short,SAEW40 culture treatment is more conducive to improving the potential of seeds and promoting radicle growth,while SAEW80 can promote the growth and photosynthesis of tomato seedlings,maintain the stability of cytoplasmic membranes,and improve drought tolerance to some extent.
