Cow mastitis is an inflammatory reaction caused by pathogens invading the cow's mammary glands, which not only affects the health of cows, but also reduces the production and quality of raw milk, which directly affects human health.Due to the widespread use of antibiotics, the emergence of resistant strains has brought huge challenges to dairy farmers and researchers. In recent years, epidemiological investigations have found that the incidence of cow mastitis worldwide has been increasing year by year, especially in China. Some small individual farms, because of unreasonable management or prevention methods, make cow mastitis highly prevalent,so it is of great significance to study the epidemic situation and comprehensive control of the disease in individual dairy farms. In this trial, epidemiological statistics were conducted on 27 individual dairy farms in 8 cities in Liaoning.Using data statistics,it was found that the incidence of hair and milk area of clinical mastitis were 4.27% and 1.46% respectively. The method of reagent detection and somatic cell counting determined that the incidence of hair and milk area of recessive mastitis were 53.77% and 25.10%,respectively.In these individual dairy farms, the incidence of mastitis in dairy farms with bedriding is lower than that in bedless ones. The incidence of mastitis in individual dairy farms using hand milking is lower than that of machine milking. The incidence of mastitis on individual dairy farms useing total mixed ration is lower than that of incomplete mixing. In this test,258 milk samples of 27 individual dairy farms with recessive mastitis in 8 cities in Liaoning were collected for pathogenic bacteria isolation. After identification using identification medium and biochemical tubes,274 pathogenic bacteria were isolated,of which 74 were E.coli(27.00 %),13 strains of Salmonella(4.74 %),82 strains of S.aureus(29.93 %),88 strains of Streptococcus(31.13 %),and 17 unidentified bacteria(6.20 %),The proportion of mixed infections was as high as 73.64 %.The distribution ratios of the main pathogens in these 8 cities are different. In this test,a total of 348 dairy cows in five individual dairy farms were selected for a one-year comprehensive control measure. The control measures mainly include strengthening feeding management, standardizing drinking water and diet, improving milking links, attaching importance to environmental hygiene, improving cow comfort, and inoculating vaccine prevention, regular census and targeted treatment. After comprehensive prevention and treatment, the results showed that the incidence of both clinical mastitis and recessive mastitis decreased significantly. This experimental study shows that mastitis in individual dairy farms in various regions of Liaoning is highly prevalent, and the main pathogens are E.coli,Staphylococcus aureus, and streptococcus, and there is a serious mixed infection situation.Implementing basic comprehensive control work against this result can effectively alleviate this occurrence of disease. The results of this study provide guidance for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of dairy mastitis in individual dairy farms in the region.
