| Chaotian pepper is an important agricultural product with high economic benefits and a large proportion in agricultural product cultivation.In recent years,the pepper planting area in Guizhou has increased year by year,reaching more than 0.3 million hectare.However,due to the relatively scattered pepper planting areas in Guizhou,the single planting area is small,and it is difficult to reach mechanized harvesting.Therefore,the planting farmers of Chaotian pepper can only use manual picking way to harvest peppers,manual picking has high labor intensity which leads to high cost.Secondly,the harvest period of peppers is short,manual harvesting can easily delay the optimal harvest period,leading to the deterioration of pepper quality.These factors have severely hindered the industrialization development of peppers.To reach the industrialized production of peppers,the pepper mechanized harvesting must be solved.On-site usage and surveys indicate that most of the present pepper harvesters currently on the market have longer bodies and bulky machines,and they cannot adapt well to the harvest conditions of Guizhou pepper fields.In this paper,through the research on the domestic and foreign pepper harvesting machines,the effect of some pepper harvesting machines was investigated,the differences between the varieties of peppers and the agronomic analysis were analyzed,combined with the current planting environment and agronomic norms of Chaotian pepper in the mountainous areas of Guizhou,the inclined double spiral comb-finger type pepper harvesting device was designed.Adams and ANSYS were used to simulate and analyze the pepper harvesting process and the harvesting device frame.The structure of the harvesting device was combined with the analysis results.The optimization design and experimental verification was carried out.The experimental results show that the pepper harvesting principle is feasible and the harvesting effect is good.The optimal speed of the spiral comb finger picking stick is 190r/min,and the design of the pepper harvesting device meets the design requirements.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Conducted research on domestic and foreign pepper harvesters.By referring to the literature,we can understand the types,harvesting principles,harvesting effects,advantages and disadvantages of present pepper harvesting equpiments,and lay a theoretical foundation for the design of mountainous pepper harvesting machines.We went to Shandong,Xinjiang and other places to research the drum pepper harvesting machines produced by companies such as Hebei Leiken and Xinjiang Mushen and the drum pepper harvesting machine of Shihezi University,the harvesting effect is better,but these harvesters still have a lot to improve such as high loss rate of pepper;and the body of the harvester is too long,which is not suitable for pepper harvesting in Guizhou which with a small planting area;moreover,these harvesters are mostly used for picking line peppers,rarely for picking up pepper.(2)According to the planting characteristics and harvesting requirements of Chaotian pepper,combined with the characteristics and harvesting effects of the present pepper harvesting machines,the oblique double spiral comb-finger pepper harvesting principle was proposed,and the oblique double spiral comb-finger type was further designed The pepper harvesting device and harvesting test bed use 3D modeling software UG to model and virtual assemble.(3)Collision simulation analysis of the pepper harvesting process by Adams,static analysis and modal analysis of the harvesting device frame by ANSYS analysis software,the structure optimization design of the frame was conduct acording to the analysis results.(4)Experimental verification of the inclined double spiral comb-finger type pepper harvesting device.In this paper,an inclined double spiral comb-finger pepper harvest test bed was designed.The picking experiment of Chaotian pepper was carried out by adjusting the rotation speed of the spiral comb-finger picking roller of the test bench.To verify the feasibility of the inclined double spiral comb finger pepper harvesting method,and provide experimental data support for the design of the harvester.The paper comprehensively uses computer-aided design and finite element analysis theory,uses UG software for model establishment,uses ANSYS and Adams software to perform static,modal and motion analysis on key components,and further optimizes the design.The design has a great practical significance. |
