Wheat and maize are important food crops in China. To ensure the high quality, high yield and stable yield of these two major food crops is of great significance for ensuring China's food security.Aminooligosaccharide, also known as specialized chitosaccharide in agriculture,is a new biological pesticide which is friendly to the environment. It can not only promote the growth of plants, but also induce and improve the resistance of plants to diseases and insect pests.Studies have shown that aminooligosaccharide has a growth-promoting effect on plants, but it is not clear whether it has a similar effect on the main food crops, wheat and maize. In order to explore the optimal concentration of aminooligosaccharide in application and its effect on the growth of wheat and maize, the following studies were carried out in this paper.Secondly, the effects of aminooligosaccharide on the physiological characteristics and enzyme activities of wheat and corn were studied by pot experiment.Thirdly, field experiments were conducted to verify whether aminooligosaccharide still has the same effect in the actual production of wheat and maize.Specific research results are as follows:1.To explore aminooligosaccharide when using the best concentration range, culture experiment was carried out, with 0.01,0.1,1,10,100,1000,10000 ?g/mL amino-oligosaccharide to soak the wheat and maize seed, and further to determine their germination percentage, coleoptile length, plant height, root length, aboveground and underground part dry weight and fresh weight of indicators. The results showed that the concentration of amino-oligosaccharide in the range of 10-100 ?g/mL could promote the growth of wheat seedlings. When the concentration was in the range of 10-10000 ?g /mL,it had a good promoting effect on the growth of maize seedlings.2.In order to explore the growth-promoting effect of aminooligosaccharide,an indoor pot experiment was carried out,and on the basis of the petri dish experiment, the concentration gradient was further refined and the seeds of wheat and corn were treated to explore the differences in physiological characteristics under different conditions. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the seed soaking treatment with 50-800 ?g/mL amino-oligosaccharide solution promoted the growth of both crops to a certain extent, and the activity of several oxidases increased significantly compared with that of the control group.3.To explore the actual amino-oligosaccharide in agricultural production, the growth of winter wheat and summer maize,we conducted field trials, through the determination of metabolites malondialdehyde(MDA)content, and catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD),polyphenol oxidase(PPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity for the comprehensive reaction of different concentrations of aminooligosaccharide, processing for three varieties of winter wheat and summer maize growth. The results showed that when the concentration of aminooligosaccharide was between 50-800 ?g/mL,the content of malondialdehyde,a metabolite in wheat and maize leaves, was significantly lower than that in the control group.Meanwhile, the activity of CAT,POD,PPO and SOD increased significantly. The results showed that the treatment with aminooligosaccharide could promote the growth of the two crops in a certain range, and then affect their yield and quality. At the same time, the malondialdehyde(MDA)content, catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD),polyphenol oxidase(PPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and other activities were also regulated.
