Clay based microporous ceramic pipe is a new type of infiltration irrigation pipe with irrigation and water delivery functions.It is an energy-saving and environmental protection infiltration irrigation device that uses its internal pores to transport irrigation water to the soil of crop root area.Compared with plastic infiltration irrigation products,microporous ceramics have the advantages of low cost,durability,energy saving and environmental protection,which can be better used in infiltration irrigation.At present,there is a lack of research on the percolation tube with microporous ceramic as raw material in China.It is necessary to study how to prepare the percolation tube by simple and rapid molding method.Therefore,this paper discusses a low-cost process for the preparation of clay based microporous ceramic pipes.By analyzing the influence of the water content of the green body,the content of organic lubricant and the sintering temperature on the performance of the microporous ceramic pipes,the best water content of the green body,the content of organic lubricant and the sintering temperature for the preparation of clay based microporous ceramic pipes are determined.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)With the increase of water content,porosity,bending strength,linear shrinkage and bending degree have no obvious regular change,and density has no obvious change.The bending strength,bending degree,linear shrinkage and density of clay based microporous ceramic pipes with organic lubricant are generally reduced,while the porosity is generally increased.With the increase of organic lubricant content,the bending strength and linear shrinkage first increase and then decrease,the porosity and density have no obvious change,and the bending degree has no obvious regular change.With the increase of sintering temperature,the porosity decreases gradually,while the bending strength,bending degree and linear shrinkage shrinkage increase,and the density has no obvious change.The moisture content of green body and the content of organic lubricant have no effect on the phase composition,while the sintering temperature has a significant effect on the phase composition.With the increase of water content and organic lubricant content,the micro structure of microporous ceramic pipes shows that the number of pores increases and the density decreases,while with the increase of sintering temperature,the number of pores obviously decreases and the density greatly increases.(2)The water content of green body,the content of organic lubricant and sinteringtemperature have great influence on the hydraulic properties of clay based microporous ceramic pipes.In general,with the increase of working pressure head,the flow of clay basedmicroporous ceramic pipe increases linearly.At low pressure head,with the increase of water content of the green body,the flow rate and permeability coefficient decrease as a whole;with the increase of organic lubricant content,the flow rate and permeability coefficient increase;with the increase of sintering temperature,the flow rate has no obvious change,while the permeability coefficient decreases.(3)Through screening and comparison,the clay based microporous ceramic pipe with the moisture content of 36%,organic lubricant content of 1.0% and sintering temperature of1083 ℃ has 33.6% porosity,8.2mpa bending strength and 6.9% sintering linear shrinkage,and has good hydraulic performance,which can provide reference for the preparation of clay based microporous ceramic pipe.
