Water and fertilizer integrated equipment is more and more widely used in agricultural irrigation due to its intelligence and accuracy.Fertilizing and filtering equipment is an indispensable part of the integrated water and fertilizer equipment.Appropriate filtering equipment can ensure high efficiency of the integrated water and fertilizer equipment and not block the irrigation outlet.Suitable fertilizing and filtering equipment in the water and fertilizer integration equipment is of great significance to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the entire system,and can also promote the further improvement and development of the water and fertilizer integration equipment.In this paper,by exploring the hydraulic performance of Y-type mesh filter under different operating conditions of applying potassium humic acid organic fertilizer and the material composition of the filter blockage,the Y-type mesh filter for filtering organic fertilizer in integrated water and fertilizer equipment is studied.The analysis of the effective cross-section area and local head loss coefficient of the mesh filter during the clogging process is carried out,and then the filter for the water and fertilizer integrated machine under different working conditions of potassium fulvic acid organic fertilizer is calculated.The choice provides a theoretical basis.The following conclusions are obtained through the above studies:(1)By adjusting the concentration of fertilizer liquid,the fertilization flow,and the size of the filter cavity,explore the head loss and clogging time of the mesh filters with different mesh numbers,and find the concentration of fertilizer liquid,the fertilization flow,the size of the filter cavity,and the mesh size.The number has a significant effect on the clogging time of the filter.When the concentration of fertilizer liquid exceeds 40 g/L,the filter is easily clogged.The clogging time of the 120-mesh filter is more affected by the fertilization flow than the 80-mesh filter.(2)By analyzing the effective cross-sectional area of the single filter hole and the cleanliness of the filter during the clogging of the Y-type filter,it was found that at each fertilization concentration and fertilization flow,the size of each cavity filter The net cleanliness changes include two phases:rapid decrease and slow decrease.Among them,the rapid decrease period is shorter and the slow decrease period is longer.Under various working conditions,the size of each cavity is 80 mesh and 120 mesh.The local head loss value of the filter gradually began to increase when the filter cleanliness decreased to 20%.(3)By analyzing the change process of the cleanliness of the Y-type mesh filter,and using Origin and Matlab software to establish the empirical formulas for the filter cleanliness,fertilization concentration,and time of the 80-mesh and 120-mesh filters,respectively;The empirical formulas of degree and fertilization flow rate and time;the empirical formulas of filter cleanliness,filter cavity size,and time can be used to directly calculate the filter cleanliness of the filter under each working condition through empirical formulas,and then determine the degree of filter blockage.(4)Through theoretical calculation and correlation analysis,the local head loss of a single filter hole on the filter screen during the clogging process of the filter is analyzed.And further use Origin,Matlab software,the formulas for calculating the local head loss of 80mesh and 120 mesh Y-shaped mesh filters under potassium fulvic acid organic fertilizer were proposed.(5)Through scanning electron microscopy and Jade software analysis,it was found that when potassium fulvic acid organic fertilizer was applied under alkaline and high Ca2+water quality,there were calcium sulfate and calcium oxalate produced by chemical reaction in the blocking substances attached to the filter screen.It means that potassium fulvic acid organic fertilizer will produce chemical reaction in Ca2+-containing alkaline water,which will cause chemical blockage of the filter.Therefore,it is recommended to pre-treat Ca2+in the water before applying potassium humic acid organic fertilizer to reduce the blockage caused by the potassium humic acid organic fertilizer in the filter.(6)The clogging time of the 80-mesh and 120-mesh Y-type mesh filters with three cavity sizes was measured by experiments at 30 g/L and 40 g/L potassium fulvic acid organic fertilizers.The filter selection of a fertilizer absorption channel in the chemical machine provides suggestions. |
