The output of Capsicum in China ranks first in the world.In recent years,with the wide application of pepper in all walks of life,as well as the influence of domestic factors such as time-consuming and labor-consuming,the mechanized application of pepper harvest in China is imminent.In the process of the promotion of mechanized harvest of pepper,it is found that the mechanization level of pepper combine harvester is low at present,and the traditional mechanical transmission mode is still used for power transmission.This transmission mode has the problems of complex structure,low working stability and high failure rate under bad working conditions,which makes it difficult to ensure the harvest quality of pepper in the harvest process.In view of this problem,this paper analyzes the working principle of the mechanical structure of the working parts of the harvester,and designs a set of hydraulic transmission system suitable for the pepper harvester with the help of the advantages of hydraulic technology.Through consulting the relevant literature and books of agricultural machinery,hydraulic system and pepper harvester,and combining with the field research in the early stage,we have a deep understanding of the existing problems in the mechanical transmission system of pepper harvester,so as to determine the research direction and content of this paper,and make some achievements.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)In the design of the hydraulic system,the whole structure of the pepper harvester is first built by using the solid works software to build a three-dimensional model,familiar with the working principle of each operation unit in the model structure,determine the movement process of each part,determine the operation requirements,characteristics and conditions of the whole harvester,and analyze and determine the control form of the system.Then use AutoCAD software to design the hydraulic schematic diagram of each part and draw the flow direction diagram of working oil,and finally design a complete set of hydraulic system schematic diagram of pepper harvester.(2)Through the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the structure of the main operating unit of the harvester,and the establishment of the mathematical model of the operating unit,the basic parameters of the actuator in the hydraulic system are determined and the initial selection is carried out based on the calculation results.Combined with the design requirements of the hydraulic system and the layout of the system,the basic parameters are calculated and the auxiliary components such as the hydraulic pump and various valves are selected.(3)Based on the hydraulic schematic diagram of the pepper harvester,the basic structure of the harvester and the characteristics of the valve control system,firstly,the principle of the super components of the hydraulic system is analyzed and the HCD model is established by AMEsim software,then the model is established according to the system schematic diagram for simulation.The simulation results show that the simulation curve of the hydraulic system is stable,and the simulation results of each execution unit of the system meet the requirements of theoretical analysis and design.(4)Based on the test conditions of agricultural machinery and the performance requirements of the hydraulic system,the test scheme of the hydraulic system of the pepper harvester is designed and the system test is carried out.The results show that the deviation between the extension displacement of the piston rod and the simulation results is 0.66%,0.56%,1.12%,0.39%,0.51% and 0%,the deviation between the extension speed of the piston rod and the average speed of the simulation results is-4.35%,5.45%,2.13%,-10.23%,-5.29% and-0.58%,and the deviation between the retraction speed and the simulation results is 7.69%,-9.23%,-6.52%,4.38%,-2.91% and 0%,respectively;the speed of the motor is The deviation from the simulation results is 0.47%,-4.3%,-4.57%,-3.23%,-2.08%,-1.44%,-4.37%respectively;The damaged rate of pepper samples was 1.185%,and the impurity content was 6.443%;The pressure and temperature of each oil section are measured in accordance with the design standards,and the control system and steering system are sensitive without jamming during the test,and the oil pipeline is stable and reliable.It is verified that the actual working performance of the designed hydraulic system meets the simulation results and design requirements,and the picking quality meets the operation standards.
