China is a traditional agricultural country,and agricultural safety production is one of the important supports for the stable development of the country's overall economic level,so the country has always attached great importance to agricultural development.In the process of agricultural safety production,the situation of agricultural water use is one of the important concerns of agricultural development in China.According to the survey data,China's agricultural water consumption accounts for more than 60% of the country's total water consumption,and the water consumption is large.The analysis shows that the main reason is the extensive irrigation water,which causes serious water shortage in China.To improve the efficiency of irrigation water use is the key to solve the problem of water shortage in agriculture.To do this work well,it is very important to fully grasp the actual planting information and irrigation information of crops.Based on landsat-8 image data,Google Earth data and ground camera monitoring data,combined with the visual interpretation method of phenological characteristics and threshold classification method,this paper studies the extraction model of wheat planting information based on two vegetation indexes.On the basis of knowing the planting information,based on the lsndsat-8 remote sensing data and gf-6 remote sensing data of Handan City,and according to the change rule of remote sensing index before and after irrigation,the multi-source remote sensing data are compared and analyzed,the LST,VSWI,TVDI,PDI,MPDI and other factors are retrieved through the threshold extraction model test of the two image extraction results,the real-time irrigation area of the research area is obtained.The results show that:(1)Combined with phenological characteristics,SVM classification method is used to classify the land use in the study area,and the spatial information of wheat planting is obtained.The kappa coefficient is 0.93,and the classification accuracy is high.(2)through the classification and screening of the ground camera cache data in Guantao County,the information of 108 sites can actually reflect the wheat planting situation,and the data of56 sites can reflect the regional irrigation information.(3)ground camera photos As a training sample,the experiment of wheat extraction in the study area shows that evi has a higher precision of crop identification than NDVI;(4)the results of LST,VSWI and TVDI irrigation area extraction from landsat-8 image are compared and analyzed,andthe effect of irrigation area inversion based on LST is the best;(5)the NIR red feature space is constructed from gf-6 image,and the irrigation results are extracted from PDI and MPDI,and the number is monitored by ground camera It is found that the precision of irrigation area inversion based on MPDI is higher than that based on PDI.In this paper,on the basis of obtaining the regional agricultural planting structure and its temporal and spatial distribution,a model of extracting agricultural irrigation area and spatial distribution information based on the constraints of wheat planting information is proposed.At the same time,the ground camera is introduced for the first time to monitor the actual Irrigation Spatial Distribution information as an auxiliary criterion to obtain the real-time irrigation information of the research area and optimize the irrigation area extraction model and validation.
