Testicular neoplasms are very common in older dogs,with an incidence rate second only to that of skin neoplasms,and most of the occasional testicular neoplasms are extremely rare in cats.In dogs,the incidence of stromal and spermatocytoma is approximately the same.The testicle plays an important role in the secretion of androgens.Most testicular tumors are benign.Few people in China do research.This research through to the dalian animal hospital in June 2017-March 2020 testicular tumor cases were studied,altogether collected 52 cases of testicular tumor,testis comb dog’s age,breed,cryptorchidism,pathological analysis of tumor research,such as partial surgery after blood transfusion,part of chemotherapy,few animal hospital for radiation therapy in Thailand.Results show that the aged under 5 years of age accounted for 0,5 to 7 years old accounted for 11%,8-10 years accounted for 30%,more than 10 years old(53%),small dogs proportion is 42%,the proportion of medium dog is 53%,large breed proportion is 3%,29 cases of illness cryptorchidism,accounting for 58% of testicular tumor incidence,seminoma,interstitial cell tumor,support three tumor cell tumor,hemangioma less hair.With seminoma(42%),interstitial cell tumor was 19%,32% support cell tumor,hemangioma,1% other golden retriever,poodles,teddy high-risk breeds,tumor size,the greater the possibility to support cell tumor,the prognosis may be bad,there are three cases with,there are three kinds of tumor chemotherapy and the treatment of tumor has improve the median survival time.Five of them underwent surgery after blood transfusion,but most of them had poor prognosis and bone marrow suppression.This study provides theoretical basis and technical reference for future studies on canine testicular tumors...
