In the rice area of liaoning province,it is a main breeding method widely used by local breeders to produce a new breeding material combining high yield and high quality by hybridization of upright panicle type high yield japonica rice varieties and bending panicle type high quality rice varieties introduced from Japan.This study in liaoning was typical erect panicle type variety liao japonica 5 typical high quality rice varieties with Japan akita small town hybrid construct recombinant inbred lines group(hereinafter referred to as the RIL population)as test materials,under the high yielding cultivation of rice planting area in liaoning fertilization mode(high nitrogen fertilizer)and Japan's high-quality rice cultivation fertilization model(low nitrogen)planting,RIL population survey of two different fertilization mode stem vascular bundles and yield performance of rice quality traits,more nitrogen stem vascular bundle after reducing weight,yield and the change of rice quality traits,analysis the stem vascular bundle traits and yield,the relationship between rice quality traits,To explore the characteristics of high yield,stable yield,high yield and high taste strains under different nitrogen application modes,and to provide scientific basis for breeding new japonica rice varieties with high yield and high quality,improving cultivation measures and reducing nitrogen fertilizer application.The results are as follows:1.Under different fertilization modes,the stem vascular bundle traits,yield and rice quality traits of RIL population showed continuous variation,which was in line with the quantitative trait genetic characteristics controlled by multiple genes.Nitrogen decreased after applying RIL population single stem of rice panicle neck and the second internode vascular bundle number per plant,spike neck and the second internode reduce vascular bundle area,a branch number,primary and secondary branch seed setting rate,overall seed setting rate and grain increase,single grain weight increase,panicles,reduced production,brown rice rate,polished rice rate increased,protein content decreased,amylose content,increase rate(chalky rice percentage and chalk white degree,cooking and eating value increase,the starch RVA spectrum characteristic value of the highest viscosity,hot paste viscosity,cold plasma viscosity,cutting,pasting time increased.2.Stem vascular bundle traits are closely related to yield and rice quality traits.Single stem vascular bundle traits and ear stout,primary branch number,secondary branch number,grain Numbers per spike,grain density,and significantly more significant single panicle extremely significant positive correlation,plant area of vascular bundle were very significant positive correlation with ear Numbers and yield,amylose content and single stem neck small vascular bundle number was significantly negative correlation,protein content and single stem neck small vascular bundle number was significantly with extremely significant positive correlation,and eating the value and single stem neck small vascular bundle number was significantly extremely significant negative correlation,starch RVA spectrum characteristic value reduction in the value and single stem down big and small vascular bundle number two has very significant positive correlation.3.Nitrogen decreased after,the distinctive features of stable type strain in the RIL population is single stem and the neck,with two small vascular bundle number and single stem section 2 Dave bundle area,plant,pour Dave bundle area of no significant change in second section,a branch number change was not significant,but the single stem panicle neck and the big and small vascular bundle number two stable strain,and eating values were not significantly improved.After the reduction of nitrogen fertilizer,the plant lines with high and unstable yield were reduced mainly due to the sharp decrease of spike number,which resulted in the sharp decrease of total stem vascular bundle area.There was no significant difference in stem vascular traits between high yield and high taste value,low yield and low taste value,and low yield and high taste value,and the high yield and low taste value were significantly higher than the other three types in the area of the xylem of the two segments of a single plant.4.A wide range of character variation can be produced in the hybrid offspring of Chinese and Japanese rice varieties,and the breeders can select the individuals with developed stem vascular bundles,high yield,stable yield and high quality.Reduction of nitrogen fertilizer has advantages and disadvantages.The disadvantages are the reduction of the number and area of stem vascular bundles,the reduction of spike number,and the general reduction of yield.It is possible to achieve the goal of reducing nitrogen without reducing production and improving the quality of rice by appropriately reducing the application amount of nitrogen fertilizer,and by selecting rice varieties with high quality,stable yield and wide adaptability.
