In view of the problems that the existing wormwood defoliating machine generally has poor defoliation quality and low defoliation efficiency,the subject takes efficient defoliation as the research goal,and on the basis of defoliation principle analysis and simulation experiments,defoliation of wormwood The structure design and prototype development of the machine were carried out,and the orthogonal test method was used to carry out the experimental design and physical verification of the defoliation parameters.This design method not only achieves the design goal of efficient defoliation in this subject,but also provides a technical basis and method reference for the development of other similar agricultural product defoliation equipment.The specific research contents are as follows:In order to obtain the influencing factors of wormwood defoliation,the principle of wormwood defoliation,the movement and stress of wormwood and defoliation elements were studied.The results of the study show that properly increasing the speed,radius and quality of the defoliating rollers can increase the impact force of the defoliating elements and improve the efficiency of defoliation;properly increasing the length of the defoliating elements can increase the impact range and improve the quality of defoliation;Increasing the speed of the defoliating roller and decreasing the speed of the conveying roller can improve the defoliating rate.Based on the analysis of the principle of defoliation,the structure of the wormwood defoliator was designed,and a three-dimensional model of the entire defoliator was established.When designing the whole machine,according to the structural characteristics and distribution requirements of the defoliating machine,the overall layout,power control and transmission mode of the defoliating machine were obtained.When designing the main components,according to the role of the components,referring to similar mechanisms,combined with finite element analysis,the structure of the deleasing,feeding,discharging,collecting device and frame were designed.Simulation analysis was carried out on the basis of three-dimensional model.In order to obtain the optimal combination conditions of the influencing factors of wormwood defoliation,the ADAMS simulation model was established and the simulation experiment was carried out by setting the parameter variables(ie,the length,diameter and interleaving depth of the defoliation element)that affect the impact force of the defoliation element.As a result of the experiment,the maximum striking force of the defoliating element was obtained.While verifying the rationality of the design,the installation parameters of the defoliation element were also obtained: the installation angle was 60°;the installation declination angle was 0°;and the interleaving depth was 10 mm.Design system tests and conduct experimental verification.In order to obtain the optimized interval of the influencing factors of wormwood defoliation,an orthogonal experiment was designed.From the data,it can be known that the influence of each test factor on the defoliation rate is significant,and the value interval of each factor is obtained from the influence curve of each factor on the defoliation rate : The speed of the conveying roller is(300-450)r/min,the speed of the defoliating roller is(1050-1150)r/min,and the number of defoliating roller groups is 3.In order to determine the accurate parameters of the influencing factors of wormwood defoliation,a defoliation experiment was designed.While verifying the accuracy of the orthogonal test,the best matching speed of the roller set of the wormwood defoliator was obtained: the conveying roller speed was 386.25r/min,The speed of the defoliation roller is 1050r/min,the defoliation rate is 71%,the defoliation efficiency is 311Kg/h;the optimal installation angle of the defoliation element is 60°,and the optimal number of defoliation roller groups is 3;The best matching angle of the defoliating elements between the rollers is 60°,and the defoliating rate is 78.33%.
