| In this experiment,large baskets were used in indoor planting,and six species plants with Diplazium donianum,Trifolium repens,Ranunculus antoniensis,Selaginella biformis,Hypnum plumaeforme,Alpinia japonica as adjacent plants,and intercropping with Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind for 5 months respectively.The intercropping of six plants with the Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind was used as six treatments,and the Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind single was used as the control.Sampling began after 30 days of planting,sampling every 30 days,continuous measurement sampling 5 times,and then seven treatments under the growth index,soil-related enzyme activities to explore the effects of different adjacent plants on the growth status of the Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind,the results are as follows:1.The effect of intercropping between the Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind and different adjacent plants on the growth was not the same: Hypnum plumaeforme and Alpinia japonica could promote the plant height of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind,and the growth was inhibited by Trifolium repens;Diplazium donianum and Hypnum plumaeforme could promote the number of leaves and the area of leaves,and the inhibitory effect of Trifolium repens;The effect of Hypnum plumaeforme on chlorophyll content was promoted,and the effect of Trifolium repens,Ranunculus cantoniensis on chlorophyll content was inhibited;Hypnum plumaeforme contributes to the growth of the roots,Diplazium donianum,Hypnum plumaeforme,Alpinia japonica help to increase the number of roots;Selaginella biformis,Diplazium donianum could promote the root vitality;Hypnum plumaeforme,Alpinia japonica could increase fresh weight of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind;Hypnum plumaeforme could increase dry weight per plant;Hypnum plumaeforme,Alpinia japonica can improve the survival rate of the Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind.2.The effect of intercropping between Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind and different adjacent plants on soil enzyme activity was different: Diplazium donianum,Hypnum plumaeforme,Alpinia japonica can increase the activity of peroxidase and Sucrose enzyme activity in root soil of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind;Selaginella biformis,Diplazium donianum,Hypnum plumaeforme,Alpinia japonica can increase catalase activity in root soil of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind;The soil urease activity was increased by intercropping treatment of six adjacent plants.Trifolium repens,Selaginella biformis,Diplazium donianum,Hypnum plumaeforme can increase soil protease activity,Selaginella biformis effect best;The effect of the Selaginella biformis and Alpinia japonica on soil phosphatase activity was better.The effect of Hypnum plumaeforme on soil cellulase activity was the best.The change trend of enzyme activity from the neighbor plant to the Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind,The root system of adjacent plants affects the root soil of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind through intermediate soil,thus affecting the growth of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind.Hypnum plumaeforme,Alpinia japonica could be used as ideal neighbors.It is possible to influence soil related enzyme activity and improve soil catalase activity through root secretion or its own residue.It has protective effect on the growth of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind;On the other hand,The root system of Hypnum plumaeforme,Alpinia japonica promoted the formation of soil humus and improved soil fertility,which was beneficial to the growth of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind.At the same time,it promotes the circulation of soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus,improves the physical and chemical properties of the soil,and creates favorable conditions for the growth of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind. |
