| With the rapid development and wide application of modern electronic technologies such as computers,wireless communications,and sensors,the realization of intelligent granaries is the development direction of modern granary construction.Grain condition measurement and control,as one of the new grain storage modernization technologies,has always been an important part of the intelligent construction of granaries and a research hotspot.The temperature and humidity of the grain silo is the most critical influencing factor in the grain situation.It is very important to maintain the balance of the grain storage environment and to ensure the safety of grain storage.Traditional monitoring methods are time-consuming and labor-intensive and not flexible enough.With the rapid development and wide application of the short-range wireless transmission technology in recent years,it has provided a more advanced and efficient method for the construction of the measurement and control system of the granary.Based on the characteristics and application status of grain storage,this paper uses a new low-power Bluetooth transmission technology,combined with server and client development technologies,to design a temperature and humidity measurement and control system with simple wiring and low power consumption.The main work of the study is as follows:1.The system data collection front-end and the client use Bluetooth low energy as the wireless communication technology,with the Ble(Bluetooth Low Energy)protocol as the technical support,the Atmega128 microcontroller as the hardware control center,and the portable Android operating system client as the system terminal.Realize users’ real-time monitoring and control of food situation.And use Android data management technology to achieve local storage of data,query,delete and print reports.2.In order to achieve data sharing,the system uses the CS architecture of Client / Server to upload real-time collected data to the cloud database,and users can share data by connecting to the cloud server.The client and server use the Hyper Text Transfer Protocol over SecureSocket Layer(HTTPS)as a network communication protocol to ensure the privacy and security of user food data.Protocal Buffer is used as the data interaction format between the two to ensure the efficiency of data transmission and analysis while taking into account cross-platform characteristics.The Android client designed in this paper is mainly composed of six modules: information configuration module,grain situation detection module,data display and storage module,ventilation control module,cable number modification module and history record management module.Each module is independent of each other,complete functions and simple operation.The whole grain condition measurement and control system is designed,and the hardware and software ends are running stably,and have been put into field use. |
