In this study, thiamphenicol and flunixin meglumine were selected,a certain ratio was selected, and the test prescription was screened and optimized to develop a compound thiamphenicol injection. The quality control, pharmacodynamics and safety are evaluated and researched to provide experimental basis for the application of compound thiamphenicol injection in veterinary clinic.1.Study on preparation and quality control of compound thiamphenicol injectionCompound thiamphenicol injection takes thiamphenicol as the main drug, flunixin meglumine as the adjuvant,N,N-dimethylformamide as the cosolvent, and PEG 400 as the stabilizer,With anhydrous sodium sulfite as antioxidant.Through the preliminary test, determine the amount of the main drug and additional agents, and determine the clarity and p H of the compound injection.Through the test, the prescription of compound thiamphenicol injection was determined as: Thiamphenicol 1.0 g,flunixin meglumine 0.02 g,PEG 400 content 2.0 m L,N,N-dimethylformamide content 10.0 m L,sodium sulfite anhydrous content 0.05 g,and water for injection is added to 100 m L.The results showed that the compound thiamphenicol injection was clear,no foreign matter was found in the clarity test, and the p H was 7.3.2.Pharmacodynamics test of compound thiamphenicol injectionIn this study, the double dilution method was used to study the antibacterial effects of compound thiamphenicol injection and thiamphenicol injection on common strains of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli, and Streptococcus agalactiae. The test results showed that the compound thiamphenicol injection had MICs of 8 mg / L,12 mg / L,and 12 mg / L for the three kinds of bacteria;and MBC for 32 bacteria was 32 mg / L and 32 mg / L and no sterilization.
