| With the improvement of living standard,people have put forward new requirements for the quality and safety of agricultural products,especially for the “safety on the tip of the tongue”.Agricultural products is an essential part of people at the table,which are linked to people’s physical and mental health,therefore,the supervision and inspection of agricultural pesticide residues have been raised to a more important position.Gaomi is a large city of agriculture,with a high-quality and fetile soil,a continental monsoon climate,which contributes to the wide planting area and diverse agricultural products.The quality and safety are at a high level,however,there still exists some problems such as excessive pesticide residues of agricultural products.In this study,the research about the management of agricultural product planting,the use of pesticide,the picking and selling,the sampling testing and the punishment guidance were conducted,and the agricultural product sampling testing data was collected by referring relevant literature,visiting the agricultural product quality supervision department,inspection department and agricultural product planting base of Gaomi,on the basis of which,the situation pesticide residues and the excessive were analyzed,and then,the basic situation of production and operation of agricultural products in Gaomi was get to know.On the whole,from 2017 to 2019,the average annum pass rate of pesticide residue testing of agricultural products was 99.21% in Gaomi,and the quality and safety of agricultural products were at a relatively high level.However,there still remains some problems,such as producers’ low awareness of standardized drug use,the further standardized of agricultural inputs sales,use and management,the construction of an incomplete pesticide residue detection system,and Inadequate agricultural product traceability system,which need to be further resolved..According to the actual situation of agricultural production and operation in Gaomi,this research proposed to strengthen the construction of agricultural products’ quality and safety and the control of pesticide residue in four aspects from strengthening publicity training and standardization guidance,perfecting agricultural product market supervision,improving agricultural product inspection and testing system,strengthening the construction of agricultural product quality and safety system proposed,and Suggestions for strengthening the control of pesticide residues.Therefore,improving the quality and safety of agricultural products,promoting the standardized production of agricultural products and modernizing the development of agriculture in Gaomi. |
