| In order to clarify the effect of planting drone MG1S on cotton defoliation ripening agent on cotton defoliation rate,boll opening rate,fiber quality and yield,the main cotton plant variety Luyan cotton 24 in Kuitun Reclamation were used as the research object,different spraying time,concentration of defoliating agent,defoliating agents and plant protection drone MG1S as well as traction crane spray locomotive were set up.The research aimed to explore the influence of the machine on the defoliation rate,the boll opening rate,the yield and the fiber quality during the process of defoliation of the machine.It’s meaningful to find that the optimal spraying time of the plant protection drone and the best concentration of the defoliating agent,comparing the different application modes under the defoliation ripening effect and economic benefits.The research provides reference for the promotion and application of new plant protection technology in Kuitun Reclamation as well as the use of defoliants to improve quality and efficiency.1、Under the different treatment of smear spraying defoliants,the effect of defoliation and vomiting reach the optimal state when the boll opening rate was 40%,then the boll opening rate was 60%,and the worst when rate was 20%.The premature use of defoliating agent would significantly reduce the quality and the yield of cotton.When the opening rate of boll is 40%and 60%,the application of defoliating agent has no significant effect on cotton clothing,fiber length and breaking strength,but the micronaire value is reduced.Too early and too late application of defoliants will result in reduced yields.2、The application of different concentrations of defoliation had a slight but not significant effect on the quality of cotton fiber.Compared with the control,with the increase of application concentration,the quality of cotton fiber showed a downward trend;among the nodes of different fruit branches,the middle and lower parts are not obviously affected,while it has a great influence on the quality of the upper cotton fiber.Depot+Auxiliaries+Ethephon(150mL/hm~2+900ml/hm~2+1500 ml/hm~2)had the least effect on fiber quality during spraying.3、The defoliation effect and the vomiting effect were significantly different between defoliating agents(P<0.05).The best is Caisheng,the others followed were Dexon,Retreat,Huifeng and Qingtuo.Between the treatments,there was no significant difference in the uniformity and the strength of the fracture ratio,but the cotton fiber length and micronaire value were reduced.The economic benefits of different treatments on cotton were different.With Caisheng or Dexon applied,the economic benefits increased by3.9%and 2.14%,respectively.Retreat,Huifeng and Qingtuo were decreased,with rates of-2.08%,-5.12%,and-8.40%,respectively.4、The required concentration of sprayed pesticides in plant protection drones is larger than that of locomotives.After 5 days after application,the rate of defoliation of plant protection drones by defoliating agent is higher than that of locomotive spraying defoliants.After the defoliant spray on the cotton by plant protection drones or locomotive at the propriate time,the length,uniformity,fracture specific strength and micronaire value of the two treated fibers decreased compared with the water control but not significant.The output of the drone spraying defoliation agent increased the yield by 157.5 kg/hm~2 compared with the locomotive operation of the cotton defoliating agent;the treatment cost of the UAV was 180 yuan/hm~2 less than that of the locomotive operation. |
