Most domestic harvesters still use direct-connect open-loop manual control,and there is no guarantee of safety,such as circuit system failure.The harvester dissipates slowly,and the aging insulated wire,solenoid valve or motor wire is short-circuited to ground by the collision,and old electrical appliances with poor contact are likely to cause fire.There are also many man-made accidents that are caused by unskilled,negligent,and lazy operators.This paper mainly discuss how to introduce the electronic control system into the mechanical hydraulic control system.On the basis of the electronic control system,it focuses on how to program the harvester-specific controller,design the driver software and the upper logic application software.Ensure the safety of the wire to avoid spontaneous combustion,and use the closed-loop control module to avoid accidents caused by human operation negligence.The development of electronic control system for off-highway vehicles has always followed the electronic control system in the automotive industry,however,the J1939 protocol based on the CAN bus is specially developed for off-highway.It unifies the protocols of different vendors of different modules and makes the communication between complex subcontrol modules standard,so that the core controller can understand and control the state of each subsystem through the J1939 protocol,and let its general manager control the action of the whole machine to realize the safety control of the machine.First of all,in the modular control of the safety design of the harvester circuit,embedded software is the most important,and the difference with the desktop software is that the embedded software is based on the hardware module for programming,the cooperation between software and hardware is very close.The basis of the machine's electronic control is on the implementation of bus communication and the support of the J1939 protocol.Therefore,it is necessary to be familiar with the correspondence between each layer of J1939 and the Open System Interconnection(OSI),a seven-layer computer communication architecture model.Finally,the components and working principles of the combine harvester is also very important.Secondly,there are many causes of spontaneous combustion of harvesters,this paper analyzes it caused by circuit failures.To avoid such failures,special control chips are needed,monitor and protect such kind of circuit by using embedded software design closed-loop modules.Third,thousands of harvester accidents happen every year in China,most of them are man-made accident.To avoid such problems,it is necessary to upgrade the most domestic mechanical control hydraulic system to an electronically controlled hydraulic system.This paper mainly analyzes two necessary conditions for realizing electronic control system,engine and driving system.Based on the realization of the two electronic control modules and solenoid valves,the control logic for safe operation is designed.In the end,module testing is carried out for the key functions of circuit safety design and system safety design to verify the feasibility of functional design.This paper preliminary researches and designs a closed-loop electronic control system based on embedded software.The main goal is to realize the safety design of the harvester and verify the feasibility of using special modules to achieve safety control.In the future,based on this result,can further improve the design,and improve the intelligent automatic control of the whole system,to improve efficiency.
