The role and significance of water conservancy proj ects is unquestionable,but water conservancy projects are double-edged swords,which have a certain impact on the environment while promoting the development of the national economy.Not only the river buildings in water conservancy proj ects have changed the original river characteristics.The trekking channel with migratory fish is cut off,and the migratory fish cannot return to the upstream suitable area to lay eggs.In order to solve the problem that the river blocking structure blocks the fish migration channel,the fish may be extinct.The measures are to build fish passes,fish boats and fish feeders on the main body of the hydraulic building.As a guarantee and premise of the effect and quality of fish over the fish facilities,the research on the technology of light-induced fish-driving is very important.THSI paper will conduct research on the light-induced fish-fishing technology for the fish objects of the Lianghekou Hydropower Station and the Zangmu Hydropower Station,and it will be a hydropower station.The fish-fighting facility assisted in attracting fish technical measures for optimal design.In thsi thesis,the main fishes of the two rivers of the Lianghekou Hydropower Station and the Zangmu Hydropower Station are the research objects of the fish,and the light color selection test device and the phototaxis test device are used for the indicators.The behavioral and hydrodynamic parameters and the high-precision acoustic Doppler flowmeter (ADV) of the scutellaria and the heterogeneous spirulina were efficiently obtained by the behavioral analysis software to obtain the fine flow field.Firstly,the specific phototaxis of the two main overfish objects is analyzed.The theoretical value of the fish's preferred light color is obtained by the light color selection test device,and the fish are selected under four light colors,and then the fish in the actual wild dark conditions are simulated.Whether to choose a single light or more to dark,find its positive and negative tropism.Secondly,through the phototaxis test device,0 m/s,0.20 m/s and 0.30 m/s were created in the rectangular device,and their preferred light intensity and phototaxis for different light colors were found under different working conditions.Whether the phototaxis rate increases with the increase of water flow velocity,finds its change principle,and finally finds its preference threshold.It is suggested that the positive light greater than the preference threshold is used in the project to trap fish,which is greater than negative trend light.The preference threshold drives the fish.Through the above research and combined with other environmental factors,a habitat suitability model suitable for the squid and the scutellaria is established to help find a suitable habitat for two species of fish.Finally,the optimization design of the auxiliary light-induced fish-swapping measures for the two-hekou hydropower station and the Zangmu hydropower station.The main findings are as follows:1) In the light color selection test device,under the four light colors at the same time,By studying the distribution rate of the four-light color of red,yellow,blue and green,the distribution rate of the blue and green light regions is significantly higher than that of the other two regions (P<0.05),so the fish prefer blue and green light.heterogeneous cracked abdomen The distribution rate of Schizothorax oconnori in the yellow and green areas was significantly higher than that of the other two regions (P<0.05),so the heterogeneous cracked fish prefer yellow and green light.2) Simulate the actual wild nighttime dark environment,the red,yellow,blue,and green light colors are placed in the dark environment respectively,and the selection index of the red-and-yellow light is negative,while the selection index of the fish in the blue and green regions is positive,and the five colors of the Schizothorax (schizothorax.) prenanti The preferred order is:green> blue> black> red> yellow.The selection index of Schizothorax oconnori in red-light and blue light is negative,and the selection index in the yellow and green regions is positive,the order of preference for these five colors is:green light> yellow light> dark> blue light> red light.3) In the suitability analysis of fish under different light intensities,so the fish in the static water environment is negative for red light and yellow light,for blue light and green light.Shows positive trends.Schizothorax oconnori is negative for red and blue light in a still water environment,and positive for yellow and green light.4) The function regression analysis was carried out with the experimental area (light intensity) as the independent variable and the selection index as the dependent variable,to find the chemotaxis thresholds of different light colors for Schizothorax (schizothorax.) and Schizothorax oconnori,and to find the light intensity preference range of positive and negative light for the two kinds of fish,When analyzing the behavioral responses of two kinds of fish under different working conditions,the preferred velocity range corresponding to the preferred light color was also found.5) Under the hydrostatic condition,Schizothorax (schizothorax.) prenanti has the highest phototaxis rate of blue light,followed by green light,and the lowest light rate of yellow light region,with water moving at 0.20 m·s-1 and 0.30 m·s-1.Under the working conditions,the phototaxis rate of red light and blue light decreased,while the phototaxis rate of green light and yellow light increased.The results showed that the flow rate had an effect on the phototaxis of the fish,but it did not play a leading role.Under any flow rate condition,the fish had positive phototaxis to blue and green light.Light and yellow light show negative phototaxis.In the still water,Schizothorax oconnori has the highest phototaxis index to yellow light,followed by green light At a flow rate of 0.30 m·s-1 the phototaxis index of red light was reduced,while the phototaxis of yellow,green and blue light was increased.The results showed that even the water flow and light environment it is inducible to fish,but it is not linearly related.6) The habitat suitability model is established by four environmental factors:water temperature,flow rate,water depth and illumination.The geometrical average method of weighting is used to calculate the habitat suitability index model.The formula is as follows:HSI=?i=1n SIi×wiwhere:SIi is the fitness index of the i-th environmental impact factor with a value of 0?1,1 means very suitable,0 means very unsuitable;Wi is The weight value corresponding to the environmental impact factor,the greater the weight value indicates the higher the impact of the environmental factor on the habitat quality.In this sttudy,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of the habitat suitability model,Finally,a habit suitability model for Schizothorax (schizothorax.) prenanti and Schizothorax oconnori is established to help better find habitats suitable for both species of fish.7) Through the successful engineering cases at home and abroad combined with this study,both Schizothorax (schizothorax.) prenanti and Schizothorax oconnori in this study prefer green light,and find their preferred light intensity illumination.In the project,green light with suitable light intensity can be selected to trap.Considering that the turbidity of water affects the propagation of light,it is necessary to measure the intensity of the light in the trap area every day to ensure that the light intensity of the trap area is the light intensity of the target fish.Underwater fishlights and water-fishing lights are arranged inside the fishway,which are opened under different conditions to help the fish quickly find the mainstream area,so that it is not traced back to the mainstream area.At the entrance of each fishway,an underwater fishing light with a direction of light toward the downstream is arranged to help the fish quickly find the fishery inlet and to trace the flow rate as the fishery inlet attracts.Taking the Zamumu Hydropower Station as an example,the attracting and repelling action of the light-induced fish-repelling measures forms a trapping fish program,which helps the fish to quickly find the entrance,thereby improving the fish-fishing effect and efficiency.
